2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, many washing and bleaching compositions containing an alkali metal hypochlorite as a main base have been known. In these compositions, as a surfactant as a cleaning aid, polyoxychloride is considered to be soluble in an aqueous solution of an alkali metal hypochlorite and the stability of available chlorine in an aqueous solution of an alkali metal hypochlorite is used. Anionic surfactants such as alkali metal salts of sulfates of ethylene alkylphenyl ether or alkyldiphenyl ether (for example, JP-A-52-69415) and paraffin sulfonates (for example, JP-A-54-148006) have been used.

Carbobetaine-based amphoteric surfactants other than anionic surfactants (for example, British Patent No. 1329086)
No. 148103, JP-A-60-33300) and the like. The addition of these surfactants improves the surface activating ability of the cleaning liquid and improves the detergency, but is still insufficient.

In addition, the conventional liquid cleaning bleach composition has a low viscosity and is inferior in retention on slopes and vertical surfaces, so that the cleaning power of the cleaning agent has not been sufficiently exerted.

Various means have been taken to increase the viscosity of the alkali metal hypochlorite in order to improve the retention on inclined and vertical surfaces. For example, a method using a hydrated aluminum or magnesium silicate such as attapulgite or montmorillonite (for example, JP-A-57-168999), a method using a sepiolite-based clay mineral (for example, JP-B-61-2196)
9) and other methods using inorganic thickeners. The former, however, has poor retention of available chlorine and long-term storage stability under strong alkali. In the latter, sepiolite itself has a clay color (ocher). Color), which is not desirable in terms of appearance, and is not excellent in long-term storage stability.

As the organic thickener, water-soluble polymer compounds such as polyvinyl alcohol, methylcellulose, polyacrylate, and xanthan gum are generally used, although they are excellent in retention of effective chlorine and long-term storage stability. There is no actual situation.

The content of the sulfobetaine type amphoteric surfactant (a) in the liquid washing bleach composition of the present invention is 0.01 to 10% by weight,
Preferably it is in the range of 0.03 to 5% by weight. When the content of the sulfobetaine-type amphoteric surfactant is less than 0.01% by weight, the storage stability of the composition becomes poor. Also, a content of more than 10% by weight is practically unnecessary.

If the content of the amine oxide compound is less than 0.1% by weight, the storage stability of the composition will be poor, and if it exceeds 5% by weight, the stability of the alkali metal hypochlorite will be impaired.

When the content of the saturated fatty acid having 8 to 18 carbon atoms or the alkali metal salt of the alkyl sarcosine having 10 to 18 carbon atoms is less than 0.1% by weight, the viscosity does not increase, and when it exceeds 6% by weight, the viscosity increases too much.
