The air in a motorway tunnel is contaminated with submicron-order suspended particulates such as soot discharged from a vehicle, and tire and road asphalt abrasion dust generated as the vehicle travels. As a means for purifying contaminated air in such a motorway tunnel, an electric precipitator is installed in a detour road leading to the motorway tunnel, and contaminated air extracted from the tunnel is passed through the electric precipitator. Ventilation systems have been developed that are cleaned and re-inflated into the tunnel. By the way, as is well known, the electrostatic precipitator is provided with a charging unit which is disposed on the inflow side of the contaminated air and gives a charge to the fine particles in the air, and a dust collecting unit which is disposed at the next stage of the charging unit and sucks and collects the charged fine particles. The contaminated air is introduced from the charging unit side to the dust collection unit side. On the other hand, the direction of the flow of the air passing through the above-mentioned road is adjusted to the traveling direction of the vehicle traveling in the tunnel. Therefore, the arrangement order of the charging unit and the dust collection unit of the electric precipitator for the motorway tunnel is as follows.
It depends on the direction of the car in the tunnel. On the other hand, in a motorway tunnel near a city, it has been proposed that the traveling direction of the vehicle be changed in accordance with the time zone, and the electric precipitator for the motorway tunnel needs to cope with this in the future.

However, if the conventional electric precipitator for a motorway tunnel is used to cope with the above-mentioned reversal, a separate electric precipitator is provided for each traveling direction of the motorway, which is twice as large as in the case of one-way traveling. Electric dust collectors, their installation space, and an extraordinary road. However, this will greatly increase equipment costs and operating costs, and it is expected that it will be difficult to secure the necessary installation space depending on the location of the tunnel. SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION It is an object of the present invention to provide an electric precipitator for a motorway tunnel capable of coping with the reversal of the traveling direction of a vehicle with a small equipment cost and a small installation space.

In order to achieve the above object, according to the present invention, in an electric precipitator for a motorway tunnel installed in a detour road leading to a motorway tunnel, a blower for sucking contaminated air into the road is provided in a blowing direction. An electric precipitator for a motorway tunnel, comprising a switchable reversible axial blower, and having two sets of charging units, which are switched according to the direction of suction of the contaminated air, provided with a precipitator therebetween. The size of the electric precipitator provided with the two sets of charging units sandwiching the precipitating unit in the air flow direction is such that the size of the precipitating unit is constituted by one set of the charging unit and the precipitating unit. 1.2 of the dimension in the air flow direction

Two sets of charging units are provided across the dust collection unit so that contaminated air can be introduced to either side of the electrostatic precipitator, and only the charging unit is used separately according to the traveling direction of the car. It was done. The size of the dust collector in the front-rear direction is 8
Because it occupies a relatively large amount, the total length is less than 1.2 times that of the conventional type, even if the charging units are placed before and after the dust collection unit, so that it can be installed as it is on the same road as before, and other devices can also be used. Also, introduction of contaminated air to both sides of the electric precipitator can be easily dealt with by adopting a reversible blower.

FIG. 1 is a schematic configuration diagram of a ventilation facility for a motorway tunnel provided with an electric precipitator according to an embodiment of the present invention. In FIG. 1, reference numeral 1 denotes a motorway tunnel, and reference numeral 2 denotes a road that bypasses the motorway tunnel 1. The road 2 leads to the roadway space of the motorway tunnel 1 through intake / exhaust ports 3 and 4 formed in the side wall of the motorway tunnel 1. An electric precipitator 5 is installed at the center of the road 2. The electric precipitator 5 is configured by combining a plurality of units having a predetermined processing air volume, and corresponds to the processing air volume of the air in the tunnel as a whole.
And two pairs of charging units 7 and 8 disposed before and after the charging unit. The pavement 2 is vertically separated by partitions 9 and 10 before and after the electric dust collector 5, and the upper space is sequentially from the electric dust collector 5 side with dust collecting chambers 11 and 12, blower chambers 13 and 14, and suction. -It is divided into discharge and dual use ducts 15 and 16. The lower space is composed of an electric room 17 and an auxiliary equipment room 18, and special attention is paid to the electric room 17 and the auxiliary equipment room 18 so that contaminated air from the dust collection chambers 11 and 12 does not enter. ing. In the blower chambers 13 and 14, reversible axial flow blowers 19 and 20, which can switch the blow direction by reversing the mounting angle of the blades, are installed, respectively. The suction direction of the polluted air is determined by the traveling direction of the vehicle. As shown in the figure, when the automobile 21 is traveling in the direction of arrow 22, the contaminated air in the roadway is sucked from the intake / exhaust port 3, passes through the road 2, as indicated by arrow 23, and the electrostatic precipitator. The air is cleaned at 5 and returned to the roadway space through the combined intake / exhaust port 4. At that time, the charging unit 7 is operated in the electric precipitator 5 and the charging unit 8 is at rest. When the traveling direction of the vehicle is opposite to the state shown in the figure, the blowing directions of the blowers 19 and 20 are reversed, and the vehicle passes through the air passage 2 in the direction of the arrow 24. At that time, the charging unit 8 is operated, and the charging unit 7 is in a rest state. As described above, one of the charging units 7 or 8 is operated according to the traveling direction of the vehicle, and the other equipment is also used.

ADVANTAGE OF THE INVENTION According to this invention, only by reversing the blowing direction by a blower, it becomes possible to respond to the forward / reverse use of the traveling direction of the vehicle without separately providing various facilities and sloping roads. Even in a space, it is possible to easily realize the reversal of the motorway tunnel.
