[Industrial application field] The present invention relates to a unit packaging detergent using a film-shaped or sheet-shaped water-soluble polymer material having high solubility and excellent strength during handling. [Prior art] (1) Background Conventional powder detergents are often sold in boxes,
There is a method in which an appropriate amount of detergent is weighed or not weighed using a spoon, a measuring cup, or the like each time of washing, and the detergent is put into a washing machine. However, such a method is difficult to use in proportion to the amount of laundry, which is not only wasteful, but also often inadvertently stains the floor and the washing machine with detergent. In recent years, as a result of the development of coin laundry, there has been an increasing demand for a package-type detergent that enables simplification of operation and does not require carrying large detergent packages. (2) Problems of the prior art Therefore, a study on a conventional unit packaging detergent has been conducted, and a method using a polyvinyl alcohol film as a packaging material (Japanese Patent Laid-Open No. 62-4800) has been proposed. Is inferior in solubility, and has a drawback that undissolved gel or jelly-like mass of polyvinyl alcohol adheres to clothes after washing or takes a long time for washing. Absent. The cause of this is ultimately due to dissatisfaction with the material of the packaging film itself,
The development of the right material for the purpose is key to solving the problem. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Accordingly, an object of the present invention is to provide a highly practical detergent package by developing a packaging film suitable for packaging powdery or granular detergents. I do.

[Means for Solving the Problems] (1) Outline In view of the above-mentioned circumstances in the packaged detergent, the present inventors have studied the optimal conditions in the unit packaging of the detergent, and as a result, have been made of the following specific high molecular weight compounds. And (1) a film having a tear strength of 50 kg / cm, (2) a film having a thickness of 30 μm and a size of 1 cm square, and coming into contact with the water surface until disappearing (hereinafter, referred to as “
(3) Dissolution rate is within 20 seconds at 20 ° C and (3) film- or sheet-like water-soluble polymer material with an equilibrium moisture absorption of 20% or less at 20 ° C and relative humidity of 80% is optimal for the purpose. Was found. The present invention is based on such findings. Hereinafter, matters related to the configuration of the present invention will be described separately. (2) Film-shaped or sheet-shaped water-soluble polymer material As the film-shaped or sheet-shaped water-soluble polymer material satisfying the conditions of the present invention, an organic compound having two active hydrogen groups and an alkylene containing ethylene oxide A dihydroxy compound having an average weight molecular weight of 1,000 or more obtained by addition polymerization of an oxide and a polycarboxylic acid or an anhydride thereof or a lower alkyl ester thereof, and an average weight molecular weight of 50,000 or more and 500,000 or less obtained by reacting the compound. And those obtained by forming a film from a high molecular weight compound by a known method. Here, when the average weight molecular weight is 50,000 or less, the dissolution rate is high, but the tear strength and the amount of moisture absorption do not satisfy the conditions,
On the other hand, when it exceeds 500,000, the dissolution rate deviates from the above-mentioned condition, which is unsuitable for the purpose. Among such dihydroxy compounds having an average weight molecular weight of 1,000 or more, examples of the organic compound having two active hydrogen groups include ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, polyethylene glycol, polypropylene glycol, butylamine, polytetramethylene glycol, and aniline. Examples of the alkylene oxide containing ethylene oxide which is addition-polymerized to an organic compound having two active hydrogen groups include, for example, ethylene oxide alone or a mixture of ethylene oxide with propylene oxide or butylene oxide as another alkylene oxide. These are subjected to block addition polymerization by a known method. The resulting dihydroxy compound has an average weight molecular weight of 1,
Must be 000 or more. Average weight molecular weight 1,000
If it is less than 10, the solubility in water deteriorates because the proportion of the corresponding condensing agent increases. Next, as the polyvalent carboxylic acid or anhydride or lower alkyl ester thereof to be reacted with the dihydroxy compound, for example, phthalic acid, isophthalic acid, terephthalic acid, sebacic acid or anhydride thereof or dimethyl ester or diethyl ester thereof And pyromellitic anhydride. The ester condensation reaction of the dihydroxy compound with the polyvalent carboxylic acid or anhydride or lower alkyl ester thereof is liable to be accompanied by thermal decomposition, and therefore needs to be performed in a closed container. The reaction ratio between the dihydroxy compound and the polycarboxylic acid or its anhydride or its lower alkyl ester is arbitrary. That is, any ratio may be used as long as the average weight molecular weight of the obtained high molecular weight compound is 50,000 or more, and if it is 500,000 or less, it is easy to adjust the degree of reduced pressure. It is. The average weight molecular weight obtained as above is 50,000 or more,
The high molecular weight compound having a molecular weight of 500,000 or less is then formed into a film or sheet by a known method, for example, a solution casting method, a solution extrusion method, a calender method, or the like. The film-like or sheet-like water-soluble polymer material thus obtained has (1) a tear strength of 50 kg / cm.
As described above, it is necessary that (2) the dissolution rate (20 ° C.) be within 20 seconds and (3) the equilibrium moisture absorption (20 ° C., relative humidity 80%) be 20% or less. When these properties are not satisfied, the object of the present invention is not achieved. (3) Packaging Form The unit packaging detergent of the present application is, in principle, pre-built which is packaged in a single usage amount unit, but is further divided into smaller units so that it can be used according to the amount of laundry if desired. Alternatively, a unit package may be used in which unit packages are connected and broken by a required amount to be used. In any case, it is desirable to put the entirety in a moisture-proof casing as much as possible and to avoid moisture during storage. [Effect] The film-shaped or sheet-shaped water-soluble polymer material obtained according to the present invention exhibits excellent solubility in water, and at the same thickness, 2 to 5 times at room temperature as compared with readily soluble polyvinyl alcohol. Dissolve at a rapid rate. Therefore, when the packaged detergent is put into the washing machine, it immediately dissolves completely, and there is no possibility that it will adhere to clothes or remain after washing. In addition, the film strength is sufficient, and not only does it have no inconvenience when used as a packaging material for an automatic packaging machine, but also has a particularly low hygroscopicity and maintains a very high film strength even under high humidity such as during the rainy season. This is a notable advantage in application. In addition, since this film is chemically stable and has good heat sealing properties, it can be appropriately used for packaging any known powdery or granular household detergent. [Examples] Hereinafter, embodiments and effects of the invention will be described with reference to examples and comparative examples. However, the examples are merely for explanation, and are not intended to limit the inventive idea. Example 1 4,500 parts of ethylene oxide was supplied and added to 15 parts of propylene glycol in a 5-volume autoclave to give an average weight molecular weight of 15,000. To this, further 68 parts of diethyl isophthalate was added to carry out a deethanolation reaction,
A high molecular weight compound having an average weight molecular weight of 150,000 was obtained. The above high molecular weight compound was dissolved in water to form a 20% solution (viscosity of about 10,000 centipoise), which was cast by a coater to obtain a uniform film having a thickness of 30 μm. The physical properties of the obtained film were as follows. Tear strength: 105kg / cm Dissolution rate (20 ° C): 8 seconds Equilibrium moisture absorption (20 ° C, relative humidity 80%): 10% or more film, powder detergent (sodium linear alkylbenzene sulfonate, Kao soap ( Co., Ltd. “New Beads”) was packaged and heat-sealed to obtain a package. This unit-packaged powdery detergent completely dissolved in 10 seconds when poured into water, and the detergent inside immediately diffused. In addition, the packaged detergent was filled in a paper box so as to occupy 80% of the space, and a mounting test was conducted. As a result, the film was not damaged or sticky. Example 2 In a 5-volume autoclave, 4,000 parts of ethylene oxide was added and polymerized to 400 parts of polyethylene glycol (molecular weight: 3,000) to give a weight molecular weight of 32,000. To this dihydroxy compound, 32 parts of dimethyl terephthalate was further added to carry out a demethanol reaction to obtain a high molecular weight compound having an average weight molecular weight of 250,000. The above high molecular weight compound was formed into a film having a thickness of 50 μm using a calender roll. The physical properties of the obtained film were tear strength 150 kg / cm, dissolution rate 15 seconds, equilibrium moisture absorption 7% under the same measurement conditions as in Example 1. Further, even in the result of the further packaging test, no problem was observed in the solubility of the unit packaged package. Comparative Example Cold water soluble polyvinyl alcoholic film (thickness 30
.mu.m). The physical properties of the film used satisfy the above conditions at a tear strength of 180 kg / cm and an equilibrium moisture absorption (20 ° C., relative humidity of 80%) of 13%.
° C) was as slow as 35 seconds, failing to satisfy the predetermined conditions. When this unit package was put into a washing machine and tested, the bag-shaped part was completely dissolved, but the welded part aggregated to form a gel-like mass, which adhered to clothing after washing for 20 minutes. Was.
