Description of the Related Art Conventionally, many enteral nutritional preparations such as enteral nutrients are prepared by dissolving powder in a bag with water or slightly warm water, or in the form of cans prepared by dissolving in a fluid state. At the time of administration, fluid nutrients and the like dissolved in advance were transferred to a dedicated container and administered to the patient. As shown in FIGS. 24 and 25, a dedicated container 100 used in this case is a bag-shaped body welded and sealed with a PVC or polyolefin-based synthetic resin film, or as shown in FIGS. 26 and 27, It was a cylindrical injection molded of polypropylene or the like. In each case, the container 100 is composed of a main container 101 and a lid 102, and the tube administration agent can be exchanged (transferred). The container 100 is used by being suspended from a stand (not shown) or the like by the suspension unit 103. . The tube administration agent in the main body container 101 flows down the tube 105 via the nozzle portion 104 and is administered to the intestine or the like of a living body. In the figure, reference numeral 106 denotes a drip tube for confirming the dripping state of the solution, and 107 denotes a roll clamp for adjusting the flow rate.

The detachment was inconvenient. The tube of the tube 105 that is attached to and detached from the nozzle unit 104 is made of rubber, and the nozzle unit 104 has a non-slip convex portion, so that there is no fear that the tube will come off even if a slight force is applied,
It couldn't be said that there was nothing, and the attachment and detachment was troublesome. In addition, it was not possible to say that the mixing of room germs at the time of transferring the powder from the can to the dedicated container was troublesome, and was not a good form. For this reason, in the case of enteral nutrition, such as tube feeding, the tube is easily and steadily transferred from a pre-dissolved fluid nutrient container to another container without transfer. It has been desired to develop a container that can be joined and a joining method thereof.

After the administration agent is filled into the tube administration agent container to which the spout member is attached, the tube administration agent container is sealed. When administering an agent to a living body,
A tube-filled container filled with a drug is hung with the hanging part facing upward. At this time, the spout member is located at the lower end of the suspended tube administration agent container. Next, the aluminum seal of the spout member is peeled off, and the connecting member is inserted into the liquid passage of the spout member. The sharp tip of the connecting member breaks through the membrane in the spout member, thereby communicating the inside of the tube administration container with the tube via the tube administration connector, and the administration agent flows out of the tube. The spout member and the connection member rotate relative to each other around the central axis in a pierced state, whereby the lock member is engaged, and the spout member and the connection member are locked, so that the spout member and the connection member do not accidentally fall off.

As shown in FIG. 13, the spout member 4 of the tube fitting connector 1 is welded to the upper end of the container 2 at the overhang 21. The container 2 is filled with a tube agent and sealed. A hanging hole 9 provided in the lower seal portion of the container 2 in FIG. 13 is for hanging the container 2 at the time of administration. Therefore, in the following description, each part and the like are shown in a state where the container is suspended (the container is inverted). On the other hand, a drip tube 6 is connected to the connection member 5, and a tube 3 to which a roll clamp 107 is attached is connected to the drip tube 6 (see FIG. 1). As shown in FIGS. 14 to 18, when administering a tube agent, the hollow needle 25 of the connecting member 5 is inserted into the liquid passage 11 of the body 7 of the spout member 4. The hollow needle 25 is connected to the liquid passage 11.
The tip 26 pierces through the thin film portion 13 in the inside, whereby the inside of the container 2 and the liquid passages 11 and 12 communicate with each other, and the tube administration agent flows out of the container 2 through the drip tube 6 to the tube 3. Further, when the connecting member 5 is pushed forward, the locking pieces 17 of the spout pass into the outer cylinder 23 of the connecting member 5 through the notches 35b of the notch roof 35, and the guide inclined surface 15 of the spout member 4 becomes the inclined surface 38. Stop by contacting. When the distance h 1 is smaller than the thickness h 2, the compression state using the elastic deformation of the material is stopped.

6 and rotate relative to each other until it stops.
The locking piece 17 is sandwiched between the inclined surface 38 and the notched roof 35. As a result, the spout member 4 and the connection member 5 are locked. In this way, the spout member 4 and the connecting member 5 are prevented from being accidentally detached during the administration of the tube. When the connecting member 5 is to be detached from the spout member 4 after the administration of the tube agent, the connecting member 5 is moved to the center line 8.
, The locking mechanism is released, and the hollow needle 25 of the connecting member 5 is pulled out of the body 7 of the spout member 4.

b has a cylindrical shape having an outer cylinder 44 as a whole, a floor surface 42 having an arc-shaped notch 41 is provided at a lower end, and a hollow needle 25 penetrating the floor surface 42 projects upward, The tip 26 is cut obliquely so as to be easy to pierce the thin film portion 13 of the spout and is formed sharp. A cylinder 43 protruding downward from the center of the floor 42 is an extension of the hollow needle, and is connected to a drip tube made separately by joining and dropping a synthetic resin tube 3 rich in elasticity such as rubber or soft PVC. Things. Further, at the upper end of the outer cylinder 44, while securing an opening 45 through which a locking piece 17 formed of, for example, a rectangular rectangular plate-shaped projection for locking and provided on the spout passes with a gap, the hollow is secured. The connecting member 5b is moved relative to the center line 8 at a position where the needle 25 is inserted from the body 7 of the spout, breaks through the thin film portion 13 and the slope 38 at the root of the hollow needle 25 abuts on the guide slope 15 of the spout. The protruding portion 35a of the cutout roof portion 35 that engages with the locking piece 17 of the plate-shaped convex portion to prevent it from falling off when rotated to the left or right protrudes inward from the outer cylinder 44. In addition, a connecting member 5b with a hollow needle is provided at the center of each of the lower surfaces of the overhangs of the notched roof 35.
The stopper projection 3 for abutment and engagement of the locking piece 17 of the plate-shaped projection of the spout when the is rotated left or right.

A method is used in which the tubes are connected by tubes 3. Therefore, even if a hole such as the arc-shaped notch 41 is opened outside the cylinder 43 projecting downward from the center of the bottom surface (floor surface) 42, there is no problem in its structure. In the present embodiment, a mold structure for forming the notched roof portion 35 and the convex portion 36 for the stopper by using this is adopted. That is, when forming the connecting member shown in the embodiment shown in FIGS. 9 to 12, a lateral cutting method using left and right slide pins is not added, and a cutting method only for vertical cutting is used. Therefore, not only the overall shape can be simplified, but also the arc-shaped notch 41 plays a role in alignment. A knurl or the like can be applied to the outer cylinder 44 when the connection member 5b rotates while holding the finger.

Since the material with excellent light-shielding properties is used, retort sterilization is possible after filling the contents, such as pre-dissolved enteral nutrients, etc., without transferring to another container when administering by tube administration, Since it can be used as it is, it is both hygienic and convenient. Further, in the use thereof, in the mutual relationship between the spout member and the connecting member of the present invention, the attachment and detachment can be easily and steadily performed by either of the locking mechanisms of both the left and right rotations, whereby An effect is obtained in that connection to the container and the tube can be easily and reliably performed.
