のような狭い庫内での煩雑な清掃を不要とし、庫外での
水洗いによる完全かつ衛生的な清掃を行わしめることが
できる。 (c)個々のトレイの使用が可能なるため、少量多品種
の食品の凍結に有効に寄与することができる。 (d)併せて庫内,外からのトレイの持出しが可能なる
ため、例えば、庫外で常温のトレイに常温の被凍結食品
を収容させて両者の温度差のない状態で、庫内に持込み
できるので、凍結始めの上記温度差によって生ずるトレ
イと被凍結食品と氷着と云う問題をも一掃することがで
