2. Description of the Related Art Conventionally, when a house or the like is constructed, the floor surface may be soiled by soil or rain attached to the soles of the builder, or may be deformed or discolored. For this reason, it is common practice to use a cardboard card, a plastic film, or the like as a curing member and temporarily fix it with adhesive tape on all sides to cover the floor surface.

However, in the case described above, it is inevitable that moisture infiltrates between the floor surface and the curing member due to rain or the like, and a gap may occur between the floor surface and the curing member, or the curing member may not move. The floor is often not sufficiently prevented from being stained, deformed or discolored due to damage. In addition, the floor or the surface of the curing member is usually blacked out in advance to facilitate interior construction. However, if the curing member becomes dirty or misaligned, the blacked out part disappears or shifts, and the blacking out starts. Becomes useless. Furthermore, especially when the curing member is wet by rain or the like,
When walking on the curing member, it is slippery and there is a risk of falling.

In the present invention, the non-adhesive surface 1b of the substrate 1
As a result, irregularities 11 are formed. The unevenness 11 is for preventing slippage on the surface of the floor curing member C. Further, the irregularities 11 also have an antiglare effect of preventing direct reflection of sunlight, in addition to the above-described prevention of slippage, particularly when the substrate 1 is made of a plastic film.

The irregularities 11 are formed so that the static friction coefficient of the non-adhesive surface 1b of the substrate 1 is at least wet 1.05 and dry 1.05, preferably at least wet 1.1 and dry 1.1. desirable. The static friction coefficient of the non-adhesive surface 1b of the base material 1 is wet 1.05 or more, dry
If it is 1.05 or more, a sufficient anti-slip effect can be obtained. In the present specification, “wet” refers to the substrate 1
Refers to a state in which 5 g / 100 cm 2 of tap water is sprayed on the non-adhesive surface 1b.
This refers to a state in which no water is present on the non-adhesive surface 1b under a 5% RH atmosphere. Further, the coefficient of static friction of the non-adhesive surface 1b in each state is determined by applying a load of 1 kg (the contact surface is made of chloroprene rubber) to the non-adhesive surface 1b,
It is a numerical value measured when pulling at a speed of / min.

To set the coefficient of static friction of the non-adhesive surface 1b of the substrate 1 as described above, for example,
b has a center line average roughness Ra of 1 to 35 μm, preferably 3
What is necessary is just to form the unevenness 11 so as to be 15 μm. When the Ra is less than 1 μm, the frictional resistance of the non-adhesive surface 1b becomes small.
b, the contact area on the surface becomes smaller, the frictional resistance becomes smaller, and the unevenness is transferred to the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2, and the bonding area when the curing member C is bonded to the floor becomes smaller. This is not preferable because the force is reduced, and further, water infiltrates from the wrap portion (the portion where the curing member C is overlapped) and the floor member is likely to be deformed or discolored. The center line average roughness Ra of the non-adhesive surface 1b of the substrate 1 was measured using a surfcom 554A (trade name, manufactured by Tokyo Seimitsu Co., Ltd.) at a measurement distance of 4 mm and cut off.
It is a numerical value measured at 0.8 mm at a measuring speed of 0.3 m / min.

The pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 is made of a rubber such as a conventionally known natural rubber, a styrene-butadiene rubber, a polyisobutylene rubber, a polymer of isoprene rubber, or a copolymer containing 2-ethylhexyl acrylate or butyl acrylate as a main monomer. Acrylic-based pressure-sensitive adhesives are used. To this adhesive, a tackifying resin such as a phenol resin, a rosin, a pinene resin, a petroleum resin, a styrene resin, and a chroman resin is added, and further, if necessary, a softener, a filler, an ultraviolet absorber, an antioxidant. In addition, various materials such as a cross-linking agent and the like may be used without departing from the scope of the present invention.

The adhesive strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 is 0.5
It is preferably set to be about 4.0 N / 20 mm. When the adhesive strength of the adhesive layer 2 is 0.5 N / 20 mm or more, the curing member C and the floor surface can be sufficiently adhered to each other.
When it is 0 N / 20 mm or less, the curing member C can be easily peeled off from the floor surface after the construction of the house. The adhesive strength of the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 is adjusted by the amount of the tackifying resin, the hardness of the pressure-sensitive adhesive, and the like.

Depending on the types of the base material 1 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2, the surface 1a of the base material 1 on which the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 is to be formed may be subjected to corona treatment, oxidation treatment, or the like, or to isocyanate or natural rubber. When an undercoat layer such as a rubber obtained by graft-polymerizing acrylic acid is formed, the adhesive strength between the base material 1 and the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer 2 can be improved.

y) and the adhesive strength of the adhesive surface were measured in the same manner as in Example 1, and the results shown in Table 1 were obtained. In addition, for each of the curing members, whether or not water had penetrated into the wrap portion when affixed to the floor material was examined in the same manner as in Example 1. As a result, a large amount of water had penetrated in Comparative Example 2. On the other hand, in Examples 2 to 4, it was recognized that water intrusion was significantly suppressed. In this test, in Comparative Example 2, instead of affixing the curing member to the floor material, it was fixed by temporarily fixing the adhesive member in four directions with an adhesive tape.

As apparent from Table 1 above, the cured member of the example in which the surface of the polyvinyl chloride film or the polyethylene film was formed with irregularities had more static friction on the surface than the comparative examples 1 and 3 in which the irregularities were not formed. The coefficient is large. In addition, in the curing member of the example in which the adhesive layer was formed, the infiltration of water into the wrap portion when applied to the flooring material was suppressed as compared with that of Comparative Example 2 in which the adhesive layer was not formed. ing.

As described in detail above, the floor curing member of the present invention has the pressure-sensitive adhesive layer formed on one surface of the base material. Therefore, it is possible to prevent water from infiltrating into the floor surface, and to prevent displacement and breakage of the curing member. In addition, since the unevenness is formed on the upper surface of the curing member, the coefficient of static friction on the surface is large, so that slipping on the curing member is prevented. Therefore, the floor curing member of the present invention sufficiently prevents the floor from being stained, deformed, and discolored during construction of a house or the like, and also removes or shifts the blackened portion applied to the floor surface or the surface of the curing member. In addition, even when the curing member is wet with rain or the like, there is no danger of slipping and falling when walking on the curing member.
