転式の印判に関する。

ネは印判本体とインキパッドを接触保持させるため弾性
の強いバネである。さて、これらの反転式印判は、印判
を反転させるための制御板を内枠体に保持させ、反転軸
を外枠体に固定させて組み立てている。これらは、制御
板が必要であり、部品点数が増加しコストアップすると
ともに制御板の厚さ分だけ印字体を小さくしなければな
らない欠点があった。よって、米国特許2939390
号、同2950676号にて、これらの欠点を解消する
ため、制御板を使用しないで、軸を捺印方向対して垂直
方向の長孔を外枠体に設け軸を可動自在に保持させた回
転印が提案されている。しかし、軸が外枠体の長孔から
抜けないようにワッシャー等をつけなければならない。
このワッシャーは常時長孔の側面と接触し、かつ捺印時
には軸の動きとともに長孔の側面と接触しながら動くの
で、捺印時の荷重を必要以上にかけねばならない。よっ
てコイルバネの力を強くしなければならない。更に、コ
イルバネを強くすると、インキカートリッジに捺印後印
面が強く衝突し、インキ吸蔵体からインキが飛び散るこ
とがある。このためコイルバネはできる限り小さい力の
ものがよい。更に、印判として組み立てた後、印面を交
換したい時には軸を外し分解しなければならない欠点が
あった。又、ワッシャーと長孔側面との接触音等が発生
