【産業上の利用分野】本考案は、印判本体の上部にイン
キパッドを有し、印字体を180度反転させ捺印する反
転式の印判に関する。

にて常時接触させ、捺印時には印判本体をほぼ180度
反転させるとともに捺印するものである。このコイルバ
ネは印判本体とインキパッドを接触保持させるため弾性
の強いバネである。さて、これらの反転式印判を組み立
てる場合、印判を反転させるための制御板を内枠体に保
持させ、反転軸を外枠体に固定させて組み立てている。
しかしその際、制御板を内枠体に仮保持させることがで
きない。米国特許第4432281号はレバー44のピ
ボットポスト45にて組み立て完了まで保持させている
ので、組み立て中に外れたりして取り扱いにくく、更
に、レバー44の形状が左右同一でないため間違って使
用することがあったりして組み立て上の欠点がある。又
部品も2個となりコストアップであった。米国特許第4
841860号、特開平1−218881号は、上記課
題を解決するために、連絡片14にて連結し組み立て上
の間違えを解消しているが、揺動突起17を舌片16と
一体にしないと組み立て難い課題を解決するための発明
であり、金型制作コストがアップしたり、組み立て中に
舌片16が折れたりする欠点があった。又連絡片14が
インキパッド11とバネ保持部との間隙に位置するた
め、印判全体の高さが高くなり印判全体とした場合印面
のサイズに比し大きい欠点がある。米国特許第4970
954号は、前記米国特許第4432281号と同様の
欠点がある。又この種の印判は、制御板が連結部材で連
結していないとそのスリットと反転軸とのガタを大きく
とらなければ印判本体反転しにくくなるし、制御板が揺
動突起の近傍にて連結部材で連結されていると、揺動突
起に対し軸方向に荷重がかかり制御板が動きにくくなる
ため制御板のスリットと反転軸のガタを大きくとらねば
ならなかった。そのため捺印時にガタによる音が大きく
印判としても改良しなければならない欠点であった。
