斯かる形状の合せガラスを自重法によって成形するのは
困難となってきている。そこで特開昭56−120524号、特
開昭57−140325号及び特開昭62−283834号に開示される
装置が知られている。

空気流にて板ガラスを上型下面に押し付けて曲げ成形
し、成形後は熱空気流の圧を下げるとともに上型によっ
て板ガラスを吸着するようにしたものである。

しにくくなり、また特開昭62−283834号に開示される装
置にあっては、空気圧によって曲げ成形するため、深曲
げ或いは複雑形状に曲げることが困難となる。

との間を戻り通路6で接続し、この戻り通路6の一部で
移載ゾーン3に入る直前の部分を予備加熱室7としてい

備加熱室7で所定温度まで加熱されたリングモールド14
を移載ゾーン3内のローラ13に載置するには、第5図に
示すような搬入治具15を用いる。この搬入治具15は4本
の爪16…を有し、この爪16でリングモールド14の外枠17
を下方から支持して吊上げ、ローラ13上にリングモール
