BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to an improvement in a method of planting various brushes in which a certain amount of filaments such as nylon fibers and pig hairs are bundled and planted on a brush stand.

Generally, as shown in FIG. 3, this type of flocking method uses a flat surface which surrounds the pores and abuts against the surface of the brush base in a plurality of pores (b) previously formed in the brush base (a). While supporting the guide tube (c) provided with the upright shape, press the metal flat wire (e) to the middle part of the filament (d) bundled in a fixed amount, and fold the hair bundle (f) into the guide tube. The base of the hair bundle (f) is fixed to the brush base (a) by pushing the hair bundle (f) into the pores (b) through (c) and penetrating the inner wall of the pores with the flat wire (e). It has been known.

However, in the above-mentioned current hair transplantation technology, each pore (b)
In contrast, the hair bundle (f) consisting of a predetermined number of filaments (d) cannot be implanted at all times, resulting in a sparse state, or a misalignment between the guide tube (c) and the pore (b). When the hair bundle (f) is inserted in a state in which the hair bundle (f) is inserted, a predetermined amount of the filament does not enter the pore (b), and a part of the filament is dropped and becomes a sparse state. Is considered impossible.

Thus, in the above-mentioned hairy state where the hair bundle has a low density, the tightening force on the pores (b) at the base of the hair bundle (f) is insufficient, so that the whole hair bundle is widened and many filaments are located between the filaments. In addition to the loss of elasticity of the hair bundles due to the formation of gaps, there are many defective products such as each hair bundle having a tendency to stick and split ends, which hinders an improvement in product yield.

Accordingly, the present invention provides a brush base having a plurality of pores formed of a relatively soft plastic material, and a fixed state in which a point of a guide cylinder having an inner inclined surface facing the pores abuts. The above-mentioned problem has been solved by inserting and fixing a bundle of filaments in a bundle into the pores through the guide tube, and then further pressing down the guide tube to reduce the diameter of the periphery of the pores. .

In this configuration, the point of the guide tube bites into the brush base,
The upper peripheral portion of the pore is plastically deformed inward to reduce its diameter, and has the effect of tightening the implanted hair bundle from the periphery.

Hereinafter, the method of the present invention will be described more specifically with reference to an example in which the method is applied to flocking of a toothbrush. In FIGS. 1 and 2, 1 is a relatively flexible plastic material such as polypropylene, that is, A brush base made of a plastic material that is plastically deformed by an external force, 2 is a large number of pores (for example, 2.0φ) formed in the brush base 1, 3 is a guide cylinder, and has an inner diameter the same as that of the pore 2. The guide groove 5 of the flat wire 6 for implanting the filament is introduced in the axial direction of the inner wall, and the lower end is formed as a pointed tip 4 inclined at a constant angle from the inner surface to the outer surface.

Reference numeral 7 denotes a bristle bundle formed by bundling a predetermined number (for example, 18) of filaments. A predetermined length of filament is taken out by a measuring device (not shown), and a flat portion longer than the diameter of the pore 2 is provided at an intermediate portion thereof. The line 6 was pushed up and folded in two.
In this state, if the hair 2 is driven into the pores 2 via the guide tube 3 standing up to the pores 2 of the brush stand 1, the flat wire 6 cuts into the wall surface of the pores 2 to fix the hair bundle 7.

Thereafter, when the guide tube 3 is further pressed down at a constant pressure, the guide tube tip 4 bites into the brush base 1 and the peripheral portion of the pore 2 is slightly plastically deformed inward to be reduced. Is tightened from the periphery to increase the density of the filament, and at the same time fix the hair bundle upright.

In addition, in the method of the present invention, the diameter of the pores 2 can be set slightly larger than that of the guide cylinder 3 in advance, so that even if the positioning accuracy between the pores 2 and the guide cylinder 3 is relaxed, it is ensured. Since the filament implantation can be performed in a short time, the hair implantation speed can be dramatically improved, and at the same time, the hairy state of the hair bundle 7 after the implantation can be surely eliminated.

Further, the hair transplanting method of the present invention is not limited to the toothbrush of the planting example, and can be widely used for flocking of various brushes such as a hair brush.

As described above, in the method of implanting the brush of the present invention, the hair bundle is inserted and fixed in the pores, and then the plastic material in the upper peripheral portion of the pores is plastically deformed inward using the guide cylinder to form the hair bundle. Since the filaments are squeezed, the entire amount of the filament supplied to each pore can be transplanted, the density of flocking is kept high, and all the adverse effects of the hairy state are eliminated.

Therefore, according to the method of the present invention, an excellent effect that almost no defective products are generated and the yield of products is greatly improved can be expected.
