【発明の属する技術分野】
本発明は、自毛に増毛用毛髪を結び付ける増毛用具並びに増毛方法に関するものである。

【従来の技術】
現在、次のような増毛方法が行われている。

例えば、特公平7−96722号公報に示すように、自毛の地肌に近い部分にストッパー部を設ける。例えば図5に示すように自毛4自体に結び目10を形成して、自毛4の根本近くにストッパー部10を設け、この地肌11とストッパー部(結び目)10との間に、増毛用毛髪1を結び付ける。例えば複数本(折り返して複数本としても良い)束ねた人工毛又は人毛や動・植物などその他天然毛の増毛用毛髪1の基端部1Aに輪状の結び目を形成し、この輪状の結び目に自毛4を通して、この結び目を押さえながら増毛用毛髪1を引くことで自毛4の根本に一度に複数本の増毛用毛髪1を結び付ける。

この自毛4の結び付けた位置よりやや上部には、前記ストッパー部10として形成した自毛の結び目10があるため、増毛用毛髪1はこの結び目10より自毛上方へは移動せず、自毛4から抜け取れることもない。

このような増毛方法において、増毛用毛髪1を自毛4に通すことや、複数本束ねた増毛用毛髪1の基端部1Aに輪状の結び目を作っておくことや、この増毛用毛髪1を多数用意しておいたり、その保管・輸送上などの観点から、次のような増毛用具が用いられている。

図6,図7に示すように、ストローを短筒状に切断したような筒状部材2であって、予めこの筒状部材2に間隔を置いて、複数(複数スポット)の増毛用毛髪1を結び付けておく。

この並設した各増毛用毛髪1は夫々折り返して複数本としても良いが、結び付けた部分から一本ないし複数本の毛髪が伸びているようにする。

従って、予めこの筒状部材2に増毛用毛髪1を結び付けておき、この増毛用毛髪1を筒状部材2からスライドさせて抜き外すことで、自毛4が増毛用毛髪1の基端部1Aの輪状の結び目を通った状態となる。

即ち、このように保管・輸送においても便利となる増毛用毛髪1付の筒状部材2に、自毛4を貫通させて引き出しながら筒状部材2を地肌11に近い位置に配し、この筒状部材2に結び付けてある最も地肌側に近い増毛用毛髪1の基端部1Aの結び付け部分をこするようにして筒状部材2の外周面に沿ってスライド移動させて、この筒状部材2から増毛用毛髪1を抜き外す。

これにより増毛用毛髪1の基端部1Aの輪状の結び目に自毛4が通っている状態となり、この結び目(結び付け部分)を手で押さえ付けながら、引っ張って強固に結び付け固定する。

そして、地肌11に近い部分に結び目10を形成してこの結び付けた増毛用毛髪1が自毛4から抜け外れないようにする。勿論このストッパー部となる結び目10は予め形成しておいても良い。

このように、この筒状部材2(増毛用具)を用いることにより、自毛4を通した上でこの筒状部材2から必要な数(スポット)だけ増毛用毛髪1を抜き外して引っ張るだけで自動的に自毛に結び付けることができ、しかも一本の筒状部材2に複数(複数スポット)の増毛用毛髪1を結び付けておけば、管理・保管上も輸送上も非常に便利となる。

【発明が解決しようとする課題】
しかしながら、このような従来法において、(そのつくりによって多少長い短いの差はあるが、)いずれの場合でも筒状部材にある程度の長さがあるため、筒状部材に最初から最後まで自毛を通すことはやっかいであり、また、現実的には自毛が短いとか細いなどの場合は一層通しづらかったり通すことすらできない場合もあった。

一方、自毛を通し易いように筒状部材自体をかなり短くすると、一本の筒状部材に作業性を考えて適当間隔を置いて複数の増毛用毛髪を結び付けなければならないがこの増毛用毛髪を多く結び付けることができない。また、このように多くの増毛用毛髪を結び付けておけないと、増毛用毛髪を製造する際のコストがかかり又前述したように実際に現場でお客に増毛する際の作業効率も劣り、更には管理・輸送上のメリットを失ってしまう。

即ち、あまり短いと、一本(一スポット)ないし二本(二スポット)位しか結び付けることができず、増毛用毛髪の製造コスト・増毛施術・保管・輸送などそれぞれの面において効率性が著しく劣ってしまう。

また、従来法においては、筒状部材に結び付けた増毛用毛髪を抜け脱させるとき、前述のように筒状部材の外周面をこするようにしてスライド移動させているが、筒状部材に管理・輸送上の点からほどけないようにしっかりと結び付けているためになかなかスムーズにスライド移動させることができず、抜き外すことは非常にやっかいであった。

特に、筒状部材の地肌に近い側から順次抜き外して行くが、中央部や反対の遠い側ではスライド移動距離が長くなりそれだけ非常にやっかいである。

ピンなどの先鋭工具を用いて外周面を引っかくようにしてスライド移動させるやり方も試みられたが、なお作業性が上がらない。

そこで、結局従来この増毛方法にあたっては、現実には、この筒状部材に自毛を通さず、筒状部材から一旦必要な増毛用毛髪を抜き外した上で、事前に白いタオル等の布地やクロスの上に1スポットずつ並べておき、その後から直接自毛にこの外した増毛用毛髪の輪状の結び目に通し結び付けているのが現状であり、かえって筒状部材を利用しない方が結局良いとされ、故に筒状部材は単なる保管用・輸送用具としての価値しか有していないのが現状であった。

本発明者は、このような現状に鑑み、ますます需要の高まるこのような増毛施術において、いかにスピーディーにして短時間で多量の増毛を行えるかをテーマに試行錯誤を繰り返し、既存の技術に改良を施すだけで、増毛作業能率が飛躍的に向上する画期的な本発明を完成させた。

また、自毛4を筒状部材2の途中で外側に導き出せるから、自毛4を筒状部材2と共に確実に手で押さえ付け易くなるため、自毛4に対して筒状部材2の位置を固定でき、これによっても従来方法と比べて増毛の施術そのものが極めて容易となるため飛躍的に増毛作業のスピードアップと、増毛したあと簡単に自毛4から増毛用毛髪1が外れないようにすることができ増毛そのものの確実性(クオリティ)が向上することとなる。

従来は増毛施術そのものが非常に難しかったので増毛後シャンーやブラッシング等を行うとすぐに増毛用毛髪1が自毛4から脱れてしまうなど、お客からの苦情が多かったが、本発明によれば、スムーズにして確実に増毛作業でき、それゆえ前述のようにクオリティが向上するため、これらの問題も解決され、従来の不効率・不経済性もが一挙に解決される。

また、従来は、筒状部材2自体を指でつまみつぶして自毛4に対して筒状部材2を固定したが、これでは確実に自毛4を押さえ付けることができず、また、筒状部材2自体を傷めたり、増毛用毛髪1を傷めたり、増毛用毛髪1の結び付けがゆるんだりするなどの問題もあったが、この点も本発明においては筒状部材2の外周面に導き出した自毛4を筒状部材2に指で押さえ付ければ良く、従来例のようにある程度の力をもって筒状部材2をつぶし押さえる必要もなく、指先のわずかな力だけでも極めて容易に押さえ易いので確実に押さえ込むことができ、この問題点も一気に解決できることになる。尚、筒状部材2は変形しない硬い素材で形成して指で自毛4を押さえ付け易いようにしても良いし、従来例通りつぶし変形して押さえ付けるようにしても良い。

本発明の具体的な実施例について図面に基づいて説明する。

先ず、本実施例の増毛用具について説明する。

本実施例では図1〜図3に示すように、自毛4を通すことのできる小径の筒状部材2の一方の端縁から筒軸方向に向かって長さを有する直溝状のスリット部3を設けている。即ち、この一方の端縁が使用に際して地肌側となる。

従って、既存の筒状部材2に単に一方の端縁側より切り込むだけでスリット部3を形成でき、極めて簡単な改良で良く、量産性に適し、コストアップにもさほどならない。

しかし、この本発明によればスリット部3があるため玉状のストッパー部が1本の自毛4にいくつあろうともそれが筒状部材2に引っ掛かりにくくなり、スムーズに極めて簡単に再施術ができ次から次ぎへと容易に増毛を行うことができる。
