が複雑となり、また、接合部分の突起部分はクリーニン
グブレードをキズ付けたりするという欠点を有してい

形成するエンドレスベルト状感光体の製造方法であっ
て、 固定治具は、スプリングにより互いに離間する反対方
向に押圧された対をなす半円状部を有するものであり、 スプリングを圧縮して対をなす半円状部の外周に前記
エンドレスベルト状基体を懸け渡し、スプリングのバネ
力によって該エンドレスベルト状基体を対をなす半円状
部の外周に沿って押拡げて、該基体を楕円状に変形保持
