よつてDNA塩基配列決定速度の向上、研究者の負担軽減
による知的生産増大、プロセス信頼性向上等の多大な効
果を期待できる。本発明は上記試料自動処理装置に有用
なもので、微量のDNA試料の取扱いが容易で、10000Gオ
ーダの遠心加速度に耐えるはめあい可能なふたを一体形
成して作られたプラスチツク製容器のふたの開閉装置に
関する。

ツプ3を着脱し液体を吸引吐出するためのプランジヤ
(図示せず)を内蔵する先端部6d、前記プランジヤを上
下駆動するためのモータ6e、カツプリング6f、ボールネ
ジ6g、軸受部材6h、前記プランジヤを上下披動するのと
同様な機構系で先端部6dを上下駆動させるモータ6i、カ
ツプリング(図示せず)、ボールネジ(図示せず)、軸
受部材(図示せず)よりなり前記容器1に液体を分注す
る分注装置6、容器1の上部に接触させる摩擦部材7a、
摩擦部材回転用モータ7b、容器1のふたの張出し部を利
用して容器の回転を止める容器回転停止部材(図示せ
ず)、前記摩擦部材7a、摩擦部材回転用モータ7b並びに
容器回転停止部材を上下に移動させる上下駆動機構(図
示せず)、以上の機構系を支える保持台7cよりなる容器
方向調整機構7、容器1のふたを開く容器ふた開機構
8、容器1のふたを閉じる容器ふた閉機構9、以上全て
の機構系を制御するコントローラ10よりなる。なお搬送
台2aを搬送するための機構系としてはリニアパルスモー
タ以外にパルスモータとボールネジの組合せも考えられ
る。本装置においては、まず容器方向調整機構7を用い
て試料容器1の方向を調整し、次いで容器ふた開機構8
を用いてふたを開く。この状態で分注装置6に容器1を
搬送し、試料試薬を分注する。この後容器ふた閉機構9
に容器1を送つてふたを閉じる。ふたを閉じられた容器
は、次の操作、例えば遠心分離操作,混合操作,温度制
御、あるいは別試料の分注操作に進む。以下の動作は本
発明と直接関係がないので記述を省略する。
