(57)【実用新案登録請求の範囲】(57) [Scope of request for utility model registration] 【請求項1】 ドアインナーパネル表面に、表皮と基材
とを一体成形したドアトリムを取付けてなる車両用ドア
において、前記ドアインナーパネルの上端フランジ部に
長手方向に間隔を存して複数の切り開き部を設ける一
方、ドアトリムの上部の基材裏面に、前記ドアインナー
パネルの表面に当接する縦長部とこの上側に配し前記ド
アインナーパネルの上端フランジ部の切り開き部に先端
が嵌合する横長部とを持つ略逆L字形状の複数のストッ
パー用リブをそれぞれ一体成形すると共に、ドアトリム
の表皮上端から一体に折曲部を延出し、且つこの折曲部
に長手方向に亘りウエストシールを固定し、このウエス
トシール付き折曲部を折り曲げて前記ストッパー用リブ
の横長部先端面に結合し、この状態で前記横長部先端が
ドアインナーパネルの切り開き部に嵌合し且つウエスト
シール付き折曲部が上端フランジ部の裏面に接合するよ
うに、ドアトリムの上部をドアインナーパネルの上端フ
ランジ部に掛止したことを特徴とする車両用ドア。
1. A vehicle door having a door trim in which a skin and a base material are integrally formed is attached to a surface of a door inner panel, wherein a plurality of cut-outs are provided at an upper end flange portion of the door inner panel at intervals in a longitudinal direction. On the other hand, a vertically long portion that contacts the surface of the door inner panel and a horizontally long portion that is disposed above the vertically long portion and that fits into a cut-out portion of an upper end flange portion of the door inner panel. A plurality of substantially reverse L-shaped stopper ribs having integral shapes are integrally formed, a bent portion is integrally extended from the upper end of the skin of the door trim, and a waist seal is fixed to the bent portion in the longitudinal direction. The bent portion with the waist seal is bent and connected to the end surface of the elongated portion of the stopper rib, and in this state, the end of the elongated portion is the door inner panel. A door for a vehicle, wherein an upper portion of a door trim is hooked on an upper end flange portion of a door inner panel so that a bent portion with a waist seal is joined to a back surface of the upper end flange portion so as to fit into the cutout portion.
