Next, the operation of the conventional automatic cleaning device will be described.
First, the moving body (4) is suspended by the wire rope (3a) unwound from the hoisting machine of the roof car (3), and descends and stops facing the surface (2) to be cleaned. Next, the cleaning tool (5) is pressed against the surface to be cleaned (2) by the pushing device (5e). Subsequently, the water supply pump (8) is driven by the motor (9), and when the solenoid valve (10) is opened, the washing water (7) stored in the water tank (6) is supplied from the water tank (6) to the water supply pump (8). →
Water is sprayed from the nozzle (11) to the cleaning tool (5) via the solenoid valve (10). At this time, the cleaning tool (5) is driven by a motor (not shown).
And starts rotating in the direction of the arrow shown in FIG. Then, the cleaning water (7) moves from the cleaning tool (5) to the surface to be cleaned (2) and adheres to the surface to be cleaned (2) by the brush (5C) rubbing the surface to be cleaned (2). The dirt is removed and the surface to be cleaned (2) is cleaned. Thereafter, the washing water (7) used for washing the surface to be cleaned (2) is drained by a drain plate (13) in contact with a lower portion of the surface to be cleaned (2).
It is guided to 4), removed from the surface to be cleaned (2), and collected in the water tank (6). The washing water (7) thus collected is pumped up again by the water supply pump (8) and circulates in the above-mentioned path. When the cleaning water (7) is repeatedly used for cleaning the surface to be cleaned (2), the cleaning water (7) gradually contains dirt, ie, dust, on the surface to be cleaned (2). Every few hours, it is replaced with fresh washing water (7). The reason why the cleaning water (7) is circulated for a certain period of time and reused is that the cleaning water (7) is used only once for cleaning the surface to be cleaned (2) and is disposable.
This is because a large amount of the cleaning water (7) is required, and it is difficult to reduce the weight of the moving body (4) on which the cleaning water (7) is loaded. That is, if the weight of the moving body (4) cannot be reduced, the size of the roof car (3) suspending the moving body (4) increases and the weight increases. Expensive. Therefore, it is extremely important to reuse the washing water (7) to reduce the weight of the moving body (4).

[Problem to be Solved by the Invention] In the automatic building cleaning machine configured as described above,
Cleaning water (7) for cleaning the cleaning surface (2) of the building (1)
However, the water tank (6) → water supply pump (8) → solenoid valve (10) → nozzle (11) → cleaning tool (5) → surface to be cleaned (2) → draining board (13) → water tank (6) Since the cleaning water (7) is circulated for a certain period of time, the cleaning water (7) contains dirt removed from the surface to be cleaned (2), that is, dust and the like. ) Causes wear of the bearing seal (not shown), causing water leakage from the bearing portion (not shown).

Dust and the like contained in the washing water (7) are removed from the solenoid valve (10).
In addition, the nozzle (11) is clogged, so that the cleaning water (7) is not sprayed on the cleaning tool (5).
If the cleaning water (7) is not sprinkled on the cleaning tool (5), the surface to be cleaned (2) cannot be cleaned, and if the surface to be cleaned (2) is heat ray reflective glass, there is no cleaning water (7). Since the brush (5C) of the cleaning tool (5) rubs the glass surface, there is a problem that the heat ray reflective coating on the glass surface is damaged.
