SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION However, in the above-described configuration, the appearance is linear and hard, and it is not possible to obtain a mellow form image having curves and curved surfaces of soft images. However, recently, a mellow form has been demanded, and such a curved surface form is required together with the top plate on the back of the cabinet. However, when the cabinet rear surface is formed into a curved surface, the mounting surface of the blower is a flat surface, so that accurate mounting cannot be performed, and the appearance deteriorates. In order to solve this problem, it is conceivable to make the mounting surface of the blower a curved surface. However, in this case, the processing is difficult, and the number of processing steps for making the mounting surface of the blower a curved surface increases, and the problem that productivity is reduced is reduced. There has occurred.

The present invention has been made to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems, and it is possible to accurately install a blower without lowering productivity and appearance, to obtain a round shape, and to form a hole in a blower mounting guard with dust or dirt. It is an object of the present invention to provide a safe heating device, for example, to prevent the temperature of each part of the main body from abnormally rising or the combustion from becoming abnormal when closed by a curtain or the like.

Action The present invention has the above configuration, and the shape of the upper rear portion of the main body when viewed from the upper front portion, which is most noticeable in appearance, is a curved surface, so that a mellow form is obtained. At the same time as the blower is mounted, the mounting surface of the blower may be flat, thus improving productivity. At that time, many openings are punched out in the vicinity of the upper part of the back of the cabinet body in advance, and then the material is pressed into a curved shape, so that the material to the curved side is easily stretched, and the material is already painted. When processing a steel plate that has been subjected to
Quality can be improved. In addition, a duct is provided inside the cabinet as an air passage for sending air from the blower, and the upper blocking portion of this duct is located above a number of openings on the back of the cabinet. When it is closed by a curtain or the like, it is possible to prevent the temperature of each part of the main body from rising abnormally or to prevent the heat source unit from becoming abnormal, and to supply safe heating equipment.

In the figure, reference numeral 1 denotes a cabinet body having a heat source unit 2 (see FIG. 3) therein, which is press-formed in a substantially U-shape. Reference numeral 3 denotes a top plate covered on the upper part of the cabinet body 1 and its peripheral edge is formed in an arc shape. Reference numeral 4 denotes a blower attached to the back surface 5 of the cabinet body 1.

Next, processing of the back surface 5 of the cabinet body 1 will be described. Usually, the material of the cabinet body 1 is formed by processing a steel plate that has already been painted, which is excellent in terms of cost and design, and is generally used. However, the problem of peeling of the coating film during processing is likely to occur. . On the other hand, a large number of openings 6 are punched in the vicinity of the upper part of the back surface 5 of the cabinet body 1 in advance, and thereafter, the material is easily pressed toward the curved side by pressing in a curved shape, so that the coating film is easily stretched. Peeling is less likely to occur, and quality can be improved.
At this time, if two or more long holes are provided in which the openings 6 on the back face are provided in a staggered manner as shown in FIG. 1, the effect is further enhanced. Therefore, the blower 4 can be mounted on the flat portion B, and the blower 4 can be accurately mounted. Also, the upper rear part C of the main body when viewed from the front upper part, which is most noticeable, has a soft curve and a mellow shape.

The peripheral edge of the top plate 3 can be easily formed into an arc shape by ordinary drawing, and in this embodiment, the front plate 7 is also a curved surface (in this case, the whole surface) in order to obtain more roundness.

On the other hand, in FIG. 3, reference numeral 8 denotes a bell mouth, and reference numeral 9 denotes a duct 9 serving as an air passage for sending the wind of the blower 4. The bell mouth 8 is provided in the duct 9, and 10 is an air inlet provided on the peripheral wall of the duct 9 behind the bell mouth 8, and the hole 12 of the blower mounting guard 11 is closed by dust or curtain. It becomes the air inlet at the time. Also,
The upper closed portion of the duct 9 has a large number of openings 6 provided between the curved surface portion A and the flat surface portion B of the back surface 5 of the cabinet body 1.
Since it is located above, the opening 6 is also a blower mounting guard
When the hole 12 of 11 is closed by dust or curtain,
The opening 6 serves as an air inlet, which prevents the air from becoming inadequate, prevents the temperature of each part of the main body from rising abnormally, and prevents the heat source device from becoming abnormal, and can supply safe heating equipment.

Further, if the projecting dimension of the curved surface portion A is made larger than the projecting size of the blower mounting guard 11 of the blower 4, when water spills on the top plate 3, the curved surface portion A becomes an eaves, and this water is blown by the blower. 4 can be prevented from causing any problems. Further, even if kerosene is spilled on the top plate 3 by mistake in an attempt to supply kerosene to the main body, it is possible to prevent kerosene from being sucked into the blower 4 and possibly causing a fire.

Effects of the Invention As is clear from the description of the embodiments, the heating apparatus of the present invention includes a cabinet main body, a top plate covered by the cabinet main body, and a blower attached to the back of the cabinet main body. The back surface of the fan has a plurality of openings, the upper part of which is curved in an arc shape, the lower part is flat, and the blower is attached to a flat part below the opening, and the wind of the blower is inside the cabinet. A duct is provided as an air passage for sending air, and the upper closed part of the duct is configured to be higher than many openings on the back of the cabinet, so the upper rear part of the main body when viewed from the upper front that is most noticeable in appearance The shape of the surface is curved and a mellow shape is obtained, and the blower is mounted on a flat surface as before, so it can be accurately installed and at the same time the blower is installed Since the surface may be flat, productivity is also improved.

At this time, many openings are punched out in the vicinity of the upper part of the back of the cabinet body in advance, and then the material is pressed into a curved shape, so that the material to the curved side is easily stretched, and the material is already painted. The coating film is less likely to be peeled off even when the steel sheet subjected to the treatment is processed, and the quality can be improved.
