【考案の詳細な説明】 【0001】 【産業上の利用分野】本考案は、多孔性印材よりなる印
字体を使用した携帯用印判に関するものである。 【0002】 【従来の技術】従来、多孔性印材よりなる印字体にイン
キを含浸させた印判が知られている。この種の印判に
は、キャップが装着されており、印判を使用する際に
は、キャップを外し、印判と別々になっていた。この
為、度々、キャップを紛失する恐れがあり、捺印時の簡
便性に欠けるものであった。又片手でキャップの開閉を
するとともに印字体ホルダーを押し出し、捺印時に印字
体の一部が目視できないので、所定のヶ所に捺印できな
い等の問題を解決するために、(イ)実公昭56−23
095号、(ロ)実公昭58−11584号、(ハ)実
開平3−103756号がある。しかし、上記考案には
次の問題点がある。 (イ)は、印判のキャップを左右に開けて印面を露呈さ
せ、使用するため、即座に使用出来ない。 (ロ)は、印判のキャップ部分が側面に開き、印面を露
呈させて使用するため上下動の動ごきが大きく、更に側
面に開かれるため本体より突出してしまい、握り方が規
制される。また、印面に比べ外観が大きくなり、所定の
ヶ所に捺印しにくい。 (ハ)は、印面に比べ外観が大きくなる。更に、軸筒の
外周部に軸推移可能なキャップを設けているため、必ず
両手でしかキャップの開閉ができない。 【0003】 【考案が解決しようとする問題点】以上のような問題点
を一掃し、即座に片手でキャップを開くとともに、印面
を露呈出来、印字体の一部が目視でき、常に綺麗な印面
で鮮明印影が得られ、印面に比べ外観寸法が大きくな
く、しかも、組付けも簡単な印判を提供するものであ

筒2とキャップ6からなる印判において、外筒2に作動
子5を上下スライド可能に設け、作動子5の上端に軸1

他端部を可動押子8に固定し、前記可動押子8は、台座

しながら開くとともに、スライド部材4にて印字体ホル
ダー1を押し上げ、印字体9を露出させる。使用後、作
動子5を上方に移動させると印字体ホルダー1が下方に
移動するとともにキャップ6が閉まる。 【0006】 【実施例】本考案の実施例を図1、図2、図3、により
詳細に説明する。1は、印字体ホルダーで円筒状であ
り、一端部にはインキを含浸した多孔性印材よりなる印
字体9を保持している。ほぼ中間部にはツバ12を設け
ている。保持部材3の下端には保持溝16を設け印字体
ホルダー1の後端に嵌着し、可動押子8の一端とピン1
7にて連結している。前記印字体ホルダー1及び、保持

材質、形状を問はないが、金属がよい。前記スライド部
材4は外筒2とその下方の台座7とにて可動可能状態に
挟まれ、保持されている。台座7は、外筒2に嵌合保持
され、ほぼ半円筒面でその表面にはスライド部材4の断
面形状と同一の溝13を設けてある。可動押子8は半円
盤状で、他端にはスライド部材4が固着され、前記台座
7の溝13に可動可能に遊嵌されている。台座7は外筒
2に嵌着している。外筒2は印字体ホルダーと同様円筒
状であり、金属あるいは合成樹脂製である。 【0007】台座7は、金属、合成樹脂製で、スライド
部材4の材質により摩耗性、摩擦抵抗等考慮し適宜選択
して使用できる。又、少なくとも半円筒面の一部である
のは溝13であればよい。溝13は1本で充分である
が、2本でもよい。その形状もスライド部材4の形状と
同じである。可動押子8は、台座7に回転軸18をもっ
て回転可能に保持され、スライド部材4が溝13にそっ
て可動であり、更に、スライド部材4の動きにより、可
動押子8の回転軸18を中心にして90度回動できる。
前記可動押子8の形状は正三角形でもよく、台座7の溝
13に常時可動押子8の2つの角又は1つの曲面が遊嵌
する形状であれば充分である。スライド部材4の一端
は、外筒2の縦長窓14を通して作動子5に固定されて
いる。作動子5の上端は、軸10にて、キャップ6の一
端と連結されている。11は、コイルバネで常時キャッ
プ6を閉じる方向に力が働いている。19はクリップで
外筒2に固定されており、作動子5のガイド溝15に挿
入されている。使用する場合は、作動子5を親指又は、
人差し指で下方に引くと、キャップ6の内面が外筒と接
触しながら下方に引かれ、同時に、スライド部材4にて
可動押子8が回動し、印字体ホルダー1が上方に押し上
げられ、印字体9がキャップ6の端より先方にでる。作
動子5は外筒2の長窓14の下端部にて固定され使用で
きる。更に、本考案の印判は外筒2を筆記具に取り付け

次の効果が得られる。 (1)片手で確実に、キャップを開閉できると同時に、
印字体を目視できるまで露呈出来るので所定ヶ所に正確
に捺印できる。 (2)印面サイズに比べ印判自体の外観寸法を小さくコ
ンパクトにすることが出来る。 (3)キャップだけがたとえ開いたとしても、印字体が
外筒内に保持されているので、印面による手や服等、他
