【産業上の利用分野】本考案は、多孔性印材よりなる印
字体を使用した携帯用印判に関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来、多孔性印材よりなる印字体にイン
キを含浸させた印判が知られている。この種の印判に
は、キャップが装着されており、印判を使用する際に
は、キャップを外し、印判と別々になっていた。この
為、度々、キャップを紛失する恐れがあり、更に、携帯
するときキャップがはずれインキにて汚してしまった
り、捺印時の簡便性に欠けるものであった。又片手でキ
ャップの開閉をするとともに印字体ホルダーを押し出
し、捺印時に印字体の一部が目視できないので、所定の
箇所に捺印できない等の問題を解決するために、(イ)
実開平2−135258号、(ロ)実開平3−9529
0号、(ハ)実開平3−103756号、(ニ)実願平
3−58275号等がある。しかし、上記考案には次の
問題点がある。(ロ)及び(ハ)はキャップを開いた
時、印判本体の外側に位置するために、捺印する場合キ
ャップが邪魔になり、捺印する箇所が目視しにくいの
で、所定の位置に捺印しにくく、更に、印判を誤って落
としたりしたときキャップが破損し使用できなくなる。
(イ)及び(ニ)は、キャップが開いた時、印判の内側
に収納され、前記(ロ)、(ハ)の欠点は改良されてい
るが、キャップが平板状であるため、キャップの収納さ
れる部分は四角形となるので、丸型印面をもつ印判も一
部は四角形としなければならない。その結果、印判が太
くなり、更に印面が丸もしくは角なのか目視して確認し
なければならないので使用しにくい。

【考案が解決しようとする問題点】以上のような問題点
を一掃し、キャップを開いたときに、印判の内側に収納
でき、印面の直径に比べ外観寸法を大きくしないで、し
かも捺印のためのストロークを短くし、携帯してもキャ
ップが外れずインキで汚れない印判を提供するものであ
る。

【問題点を解決するための手段】外筒3内に支持片14

てキャップ開閉と印面の出入を前記押子20のスライド
動作により行なわせたことを特徴とする印判である。

【作用】本考案の作用を図1、図2、図3より説明す
る。図1は、キャップを閉じた状態を示すものであり、
押棒21の上辺27は回転板12の側面に設けられた凸
部13と常に当接している。押子20の誘導片22を上
方に押し上げると押子20は、凸部13を押し上げなが
ら上方に移動する。すると、回転板12は、固定軸11
を中心にして回転運動をはじめ、鋼板5を回転板12の
回りに巻きつけることになり、前記鋼板5の他端に連結
したキャップ4を、キャップ4に設けた移動軸25を中
心にして、長孔29を移動しながら回転運動を起動さ
せ、キャップ4の開き運動としている。更に、押子20
を押し上げていくと、凸部13は水平位置を過ぎ上方に
移動し、鋼板5を巻き付けながら押棒21の上辺27は
凸部13との当接が解かれ、本体1の下方に設けられた
押受部23と当接し、この時、回転板12の回転運動が
止まりキャップ4が最も開いた状態となる。尚、凸部1

【実施例】本考案の実施例を図1、図2、図3、図4に
より詳細に説明する。1は、印判本体で円筒状であり、
一端部にはインキを含浸した多孔性印材よりなる印字体
2を保持し、後端部には押受部23を設けている。3は
外筒であり、円筒状で、一方開口端部近くにはキャップ
4を配し、前記キャップ4に設けられた移動軸25が保
持される長孔29が設けられ、更に下方には押子20が
上下スライド可能なスライド溝26を設けている。長孔
29は、外筒3の中心線を中心として左右に設けられて
いる。また、長孔29の形状は、L字形とする長孔29
´としてもよい。(図5)押子20は、誘導片22と押
棒21により成るものである。前記スライド溝26は、
誘導片22とコ字状の押棒21によりスライド可能に狭
さまれている。4は、キャップであり、円筒形の表面を
円形に抜き取った形状をしており、表面には、移動軸2

孔29により支持され、90゜回転可能、左右スライド
移動可能にしている。5は、薄板の鋼板である。前記鋼
板5は、一端をキャップ4に蝶番により連結し、他端を

【効果】本考案は、以上の様な作用・構成であるので、
次の効果が得られる。
(1)キャップ4に移動軸25を設けたことによりキャ
ップ4の開閉、及び固定を確実なものにしているため、
不使用時には常時キャップ4に閉まる力が働き、バッ
ク、ポケット等に入れて携帯していてもキャップが開か
ないのでインキによる汚れを完全に防止できる。
(2)キャップ4が外筒3内に収納されるので、印面サ
イズに比べ印判自体の外観寸法を小さくコンパクトにす
ることが出来る。
(3)印判を誤って落としても、キャップ4が収納され
ているのでキャップが破損することがない。
(4)使用する場合、印字体2の近くにキャップがない
ので捺印しやすく、所定の箇所に正確に捺印できる。
(5)押子20と回転板12でキャップ4を開閉し、更
に、印字体2を上方に押し出し印面を露呈するので、短
いストロークで捺印出来る。
