る。従って仮に従来より重心が高くなったり、偏荷重の
度が増したりしても、よくそれに耐え容易に倒れること
がない。これが効果である。走行を開始する場合は磁力
に抗してアームをウエブから引離し、上方に係止してお
く。アームには絶縁部材が設けてあるので、信号電流を
乱すことはない。
