[Prior Art] Conventionally, hair cosmetics have been used by solubilizing, emulsifying, and dissolving oil components such as silicone oil, ester oil, and hydrocarbon oil for the purpose of imparting gloss and smoothness to hair. In particular, silicone oils have been widely used in recent years because they have low surface tension, are excellent in conformity to hair, and have good gloss. However, oils represented by silicone oils have the disadvantage that they have a limited oil content, and when used in large quantities or when used by consumers for a long time, the feeling of squeaking of the hair increases and the hair becomes greasy. In addition, cationic surfactants are often used for the purpose of imparting smoothness, but they do not impart desirable gloss, and have a drawback that if they are blended in a large amount, safety is not preferred. In addition, high molecular compounds such as polyvinylpyrrolidone-based polymer, acidic polyvinyl ether-based polymer, acidic acrylic-based polymer or cationic polymer, etc. are compounded, and these are excellent in fixing set of hair, but have high gloss and smoothness. I was not satisfied. In addition, there is a disadvantage that the hair is hardened to give stiffness. [Problems to be Solved by the Invention] In view of such circumstances, the inventors of the present invention give excellent gloss to hair, give a smooth feel, have no oiliness on the hair, and are easy to apply to hair. As a result of intensive research to obtain a hair cosmetic that dries quickly after application and has an appropriate setting power, it has been found that adding a silicone polymer and a cationic surfactant to a high molecular weight silicone is extremely effective. They have found and completed the present invention. [Means for Solving the Problems] That is, the present invention relates to a method for preparing a silicone polymer represented by the following general formula [II] and one or more high molecular weight silicones represented by the following general formula [I]. A hair cosmetic comprising one or two or more ionic surfactants, wherein the amount of the silicone polymer is 10 to 80% by weight based on the amount of the high molecular weight silicone. Things. (R 1 represents a methyl group or a part thereof represents a phenyl group, R 2 represents a methyl group or a hydroxyl group, and n represents an integer of 3,000 to 20,000.) (In the formula, x represents a number of 4 to 500, and y represents a number of 1 to 15.) Hereinafter, the configuration of the present invention will be described. The high molecular weight silicone used in the present invention is represented by the above general formula [I], wherein the value of n in the formula is 3,000 to 20,000, and exhibits a soft rubber-like property at room temperature. is there. Specific examples include dimethylpolysiloxane, methylphenylpolysiloxane, dimethylpolysiloxane having a terminal hydroxyl group, and methylphenylpolysiloxane having a terminal hydroxyl group. The compounding amount of the high molecular weight silicone used in the present invention is 0.1 to 0.1 in the hair cosmetic.
If it is less than 0.1% by weight, there is no effect, and if it exceeds 25% by weight, the viscosity becomes 30,000 cps or more, making it difficult to apply to hair. The silicone polymer used in the present invention is particularly preferably amodimethicone having the CTFA name (RD No. 977069-10-5) represented by the above general formula [II]. As the cationic surfactant used in the present invention, a quaternary ammonium salt type cationic surfactant represented by the following general formula is particularly preferred. [Wherein, R 8 and R 9 represent a methyl group or an ethyl group or a polyoxyethylene group, (i) R 6 and R 7 represent an alkyl group or an alkenyl group having 8 to 18 carbon atoms, or ii) R 6 represents an alkyl group or an alkenyl group having 12 to 22 carbon atoms, R 7 represents a methyl group or an ethyl group, a polyoxyethylene group or a benzyl group, and in both (i) and (ii), X represents a halogen Represents an atom or a methylsulfate or ethylsulfate residue. When the quaternary ammonium salt type cationic surfactant is specifically exemplified, examples of (i) include distearyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, dicocoyl dimethyl ammonium chloride and the like. Examples of (ii) include stearyltrimethylammonium chloride, cetyltrimethylammonium chloride, behenyltrimethylammonium chloride, octyldihydroxyethylmethylammonium chloride and the like. One or two or more cationic surfactants used in the present invention are appropriately selected and blended. The present invention may use a composition comprising a silicone polymer and a cationic surfactant. That is, a commercially available Toray Silicone SM8702C containing amodimethicone, stearyltrimethylammonium chloride and dicocoyldimethylammonium chloride may be used. The amount of the silicone polymer used in the present invention is 0.0% of the total amount of the hair cosmetic.
The content is 5 to 40% by weight, but preferably 10 to 80% by weight based on the high molecular weight silicone in consideration of the modification and film properties of the high molecular weight silicone. The content of the cationic surfactant used in the present invention is preferably 0.01 to 5% by weight, and more preferably 0.05 to 2% by weight. When the content is less than 0.01% by weight, the smoothness and flexibility of the hair are reduced, and when it exceeds 5% by weight, the smoothness and flexibility of the hair reach the upper limit, which is not economical. When blending the high molecular weight silicone of the present invention, it is used by dissolving in a volatile oil such as a low boiling chain silicone oil, a low boiling cyclic silicone oil, a low boiling isoparaffin hydrocarbon, or a fluorochloro-substituted hydrocarbon. Is preferred. The low boiling chain silicone is represented by the following general formula, and specific examples include hexamethyldisiloxane, octamethyltrisiloxane, decamethyltetrasiloxane,
And hexadecamethylheptasiloxane. (In the formula, n represents an integer of 0 to 5.) The cyclic silicone is represented by the following general formula, and specific examples include octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane, decamethylcyclopentasiloxane, and tetradecamethylcycloheptasiloxane. And so on. (In the formula, n represents an integer of 3 to 7.) As the low-boiling isoparaffinic hydrocarbon, the boiling point at normal pressure is 60 to 260.
Isoparaffinic hydrocarbons in the range of ° C., for example, Isopar (registered trademark) A, C, D, E, G, H, K, and L manufactured by Exxon.
And M, Shellsol (registered trademark) 71 manufactured by Shell, and Saltroll (registered trademark) 100 or 130, 220 manufactured by Phillip. Examples of fluorochloro-substituted hydrocarbons include trichlorotrifluoroethane and tetrachlorodifluoroethane. Any one or more of the above low-boiling oils can be used, and the total compounding amount is preferably 1 to 50 times (weight) the high molecular weight silicone. Further, a lower alcohol such as ethanol or isopropyl alcohol may be added in addition to the above components. The dosage form of the present invention is optional, and may be any of a solubilizing system, an emulsifying system, a powder dispersion system, an oil-water two-layer system, an oil-water-powder three-layer system, and the like. In the case of an emulsion system, it is common to emulsify an oil phase containing a high-molecular-weight silicone with a nonionic surfactant, a cationic surfactant, an anionic surfactant or a mixture thereof. A method is preferred in which a mixture of a surfactant and a water-soluble polyhydric alcohol is prepared and then mixed with an oil phase to obtain an emulsified composition.
Examples of the polyhydric alcohol include propylene glycol, 1,3-butanediol, dipropylene glycol, glycerin, diglycerin, polyglycerin such as triglycerin, trimethylolethane, trimethylolpropane, erythritol,
Examples include pentaerythritol, sorbitan, glucose, sorbitol, maltitol, sucrose, raffinose, trehalose, polyoxyethylene methyl glucoside, polyoxypropylene methyl glucoside, and the like. When preparing the emulsion composition, one or more of these are used in combination. As the oil constituting the oil phase, the following oils can be used in combination with the high molecular weight silicone. That is, olive oil, palm oil, safflower oil, castor oil, oils such as cottonseed oil, lanolin, jojoba oil, waxes such as carnauba wax, liquid paraffin, squalane, petrolatum, hydrocarbon oils such as volatile isoparaffin, fatty acids, Oils such as alcohols, ester oils such as cetyl octanoate and isopropyl myristate, silicone oils such as dimethylpolysiloxane and methylphenylpolysiloxane, and silicone resins. The general blending amount of the above components is such that the surfactant is 0.5 to 10 in the total amount of the hair cosmetic.
20% to 80% by weight of an oil phase containing a high-molecular-weight silicone is preferable, and a method of preparing a mixture of a surfactant and a water-soluble polyhydric alcohol in advance and mixing with the oil phase to obtain an emulsion composition. The surfactant is 1 to 20% by weight, the oil phase containing high molecular weight silicone is 10 to 70% by weight, and the water-soluble polyhydric alcohol is 5 to 5% of the total amount of the cosmetic.
It is preferable that the content of the surfactant is about 50 to 99% by weight of the surfactant at 30% by weight. To the hair cosmetic of the present invention, in addition to the above-mentioned components, preservatives, vitamins, hormones and other agents, fragrances and the like are added in a quantitative and qualitative range that does not impair the effects of the present invention depending on the day. You may. [Effects of the Invention] The hair cosmetic composition of the present invention is excellent in hair fixability, improves combability, gives gloss to hair, and is excellent in usability.
