材で改修するための外壁下地材は、市販の軽量鉄骨材を
使用したもので、 長尺の胴縁とL字状のアングルピースとからなり、長
尺の胴縁には予め所定ピッチで固定用穴が設けられてお
り、アングルピースを同ピッチで既存壁に固定し、これ
に該胴縁を取り付けて下地を形成するもの。であった。 【0003】しかし一方、この一連の作業において既存
壁がいわゆる鉄筋コンクリートであった場合、アングル
ピースを固定するアンカーボルトが運悪く内部鉄筋に当
たってしまうことがあり、この場合止む終えずアンカー

胴縁では取付穴をあらためて加工しなければならず施工
に手間取るという欠点があった。 【0004】 【本考案が解決しようとする課題】本考案は上記欠点に
対し、アンカーボルトの位置を所定ピッチからずらして
固定することになっても胴縁側の取付穴をあらためて明
け直すことなく固定できるようにすることを課題として
いる。 【0005】 【課題を解決するための手段】そこで本考案では、胴縁
側への取付穴を所定ピッチの前後20mm〜80mm離
れた箇所に各々取付用穴を追加し、三連続穴としたこと
により上記課題を解決しようとするものである。 【0006】 【実施例】図1は本考案の実施例である外壁下地胴縁を
使用しての外壁の改修工事の様子を示した概略図であ
る。固定部材は等辺山型鋼を加工したいわゆるアングル
ピースで、胴緑は同じ等辺山型鋼によるものである。既
存壁は鉄筋コンクリートによるもので、多年を経ること
によって傷み、汚れが目立つてきたものである。アンカ
ーボルトが内部鉄筋に当たってしまうことが十分予想さ
れるので、図のように胴縁の取付穴を予め所定ピッチ付
近に複数設けた。 【0007】施工方法としては、まず固定部材をアンカ
ーボルトで予め固定し、つぎに胴縁を固定部材に当接し
ボルト等で接合して下地を形成するものである。既存壁

地胴縁は、取付穴を所定ピッチの前後にも設けてあるの
でアンカーボルトが内部鉄筋に当たってしまっても改め
て取付穴をあけ直すことなく取付ることができ、作業が
