Description: BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION 1. Field of the Invention The present invention relates to a synthetic resin container with a handle. 2. Description of the Related Art Since a large synthetic resin container becomes heavy when filled with a liquid content, it is often used with a handle provided. Many of these large containers made of synthetic resin are generally formed by so-called blow molding in which a cylindrical synthetic resin base is blow-molded in a mold, and in that case, it is difficult to integrally mold the handle. For this reason, conventionally, for example, an upper fitting member that covers and fits over a shoulder portion and a body portion of a container body and a lower fitting member that covers and fits a lower end of the container body portion are provided. And a handle in which an upper portion and a lower portion are fitted and fixed, respectively, are hung over. [0003] In these containers, the presence of a handle makes it easy to pour out the contents and makes it easy to handle. On the other hand, the handle hinders the transportation and storage of the product during distribution, and requires extra space. There is inconvenience. In addition, since the upper and lower fitting members are fitted after fitting the upper and lower parts of the handle, equipment for mechanical mounting is also required, and it takes time and effort. Further, a large fitting member is required, a large amount of material is used, and there is a disadvantage that the material cost is increased. The present invention proposes an excellent synthetic resin container with a handle, which solves the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art. In order to solve the above problems, the container according to the present invention has buried bases 3a, 4a at upper and lower corners in a concave portion 8 formed in the center of the rear surface of the container body 6, respectively. It is embedded and fixed by fusion, and its base faces each other
A pair of upper and lower connecting members 3 and 4 formed by projecting horizontal upper and lower elastic plate portions 3 b and 4 b respectively into the recess 8 along the surface side are provided. The upper and lower mounting substrates 10 and 11 are respectively provided to project forward, and the upper and lower mounting substrates 10 and 11 are both above and below both sides of the upper substrate 10.
Side plates 12a and 12b project downward from both sides of substrate 11
A handle 5 is provided, and the handle is provided from the back of the recess 8.
Push the upper elastic plate portion 3b into the upper mounting substrate 10
On the upper surface, the lower elastic plate portion 4b is attached to the lower surface of the lower mounting substrate 11
With concave and convex engaging means which elastically
And each side plate 12a, 12b
By fitting each on both sides of the buried bases 3a, 4a,
The handle 5 was attached to the container body 2. The container 2 and the handle 5 are transported and stored as required.
And can be managed separately. At the time of use, the handle 5 is pushed in from the rear of the container body 2 so that each of the engaging projections 3
The c and 4c elastically cross over the front ridges of the upper and lower mounting substrates 10 and 11, and engage and fix the concave grooves 13a and 13b, thereby mounting the handle 5 on the container body 2. An embodiment of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings. FIGS. 1 and 2 show an embodiment of the present invention.
In the drawing, reference numeral 1 denotes a synthetic resin container with a handle. The container includes a container body 2, a pair of upper and lower connecting members 3 and 4, and a handle 5. The container body 2 is made of a synthetic resin such as polyester resin, and has a mouth and neck 7 standing upright from an upper end of a cylindrical body 6, and a vertically long rectangular front face is formed at the center of the rear surface of the body 6. Is formed. [0012] in which the entire upper connecting member 3 is formed of synthetic resin, it has a buried base 3a of the box-type obtained by forming a projecting portion of the horizontal projections form a lower surface leading edge downward, the base portion 3a The upper elastic plate portion 3b extends rearward from the lower edge of the rear surface of the protruding portion, and the engaging projection 3c is provided vertically below the lower edge of the lower surface of the plate portion 3b. The lower connecting member 4 is formed by turning the upper connecting member 3 upside down, and extends a lower elastic plate portion 4b extending rearward from an upper edge of a rear surface of a protruding portion of the buried base portion 4a. An engagement projection 4c is provided upright above the rear edge of the upper surface of the plate portion 4b. The upper connecting member 3 configured as described above is, for example, fixed at a predetermined position in a mold when the container body 2 is formed.
By a method such as so-called insert molding in which a cylindrical synthetic resin base for forming a container body is blow-molded, the buried base portion of the upper elastic plate portion 3b is formed at the center of the upper corner portion in the container body concave portion 8 so as to project horizontally rearward. 3a is buried and fixed by fusion. Similarly, the lower connecting member 4 is also fixed to the center of the lower corner portion in the container body concave portion 8 so that the lower elastic plate portion 4b projects horizontally rearward. The handle 5 is formed entirely of a synthetic resin. The handle 5 is provided with a horizontal upper mounting board 10 protruding forward from the front upper part of the vertically long board 9 and a horizontal lower mounting board 11 forward from the lower front face. It is constructed by protruding. Further, side plates 12a and 12b each having a predetermined projecting width are protruded above both side edges of the upper mounting substrate 10 and below both side edges of the lower mounting substrate 11. Further, a pair of parallel ridges are provided laterally at the front end of the upper surface of the upper mounting substrate 10, thereby forming a concave groove 13a with which the engaging protrusion 3c of the upper elastic plate portion 3b can be engaged. A concave groove 13b is also formed at the front end of the lower surface of the lower mounting substrate 11. Each of the mounting plates 10 on the front surface of the substrate 9
Numerous ridges 14 are provided on the substrate 11 at predetermined intervals to both reinforce the substrate 9 and prevent slippage. The handle 5 constructed as described above is pushed in from the rear of the container body, and the engaging projections 3c, 4c of the connecting members 3, 4 are pushed.
While the elastic plates 3b and 4b are elastically deformed, over the front ridges of the mounting boards 10 and 11, and the grooves 13a and 13b are formed.
b and is fixed to the container body 2. At this time, the mounting plates 10 and 11 are pressed by the horizontal plate portions 3b and 4b. Further, the handle 5 is configured such that the front surface of the upper end portion of the substrate 9 is in contact with the outer surface of the trunk portion 6 provided above the concave portion 8 of the container body. As described above, the container according to the present invention has the above-described configuration, so that the container body and the handle can be separately transported and stored at the time of commercial distribution, so that no space is required.
Very useful for product management. In addition, when attaching the handle, the rear of the container body
And push each elastic plate part into each mounting plate part of the handle.
With the over-engagement and elastic engagement by the convex engagement means
Then, the side plates should be fitted on both sides of each push base.
It can be mounted with extremely simple operation
The connection member and handle are formed by blow molding, etc.
You can select a material that is more rigid than the container that is made,
Along with the above engagement and fitting, the handle once attached
It is firmly attached to the container and there is no danger of rattling. In addition, since only a small pair of connecting members is required for the members except for the handle, no extra material is required, and therefore, manufacturing at low cost is possible.
