ているが熱容量の大きい熱板の昇温速度が毎分15℃以上
にしようとすると、予め定められた成形サイクルにおい
て成形を行うには加熱ヒータの容量を大きくしなければ
ならなかった。このためホットプレスに於いては熱板の
昇温速度は毎分10℃以下にして作業が行われていた。

通路の排出管路を該蓄熱タンクと該加熱ヒータ管路にそ
れぞれ選択的に連通させる為の3方向切換弁11を設け、
該流量調整機能付3方向切換弁10によって熱板又は媒体
の温度に応じて熱板に設けた媒体通路の排出管路から排
出される媒体を該媒体供給管路に媒体の流量を調整して
還流させるようにし、更に、冷却タンクからの媒体を該
3方向切換弁9と3方向切換弁11の選択的作動により熱
板に設けた媒体通路に循環可能にすると共に前記循環ポ
ンプからの加熱された媒体を前記循環ポンプと前記3方
向切換弁9との間に設けた側路から2方向切換弁を通じ
て前記蓄熱タンクへ戻すようにしたホットプレスに於け
る熱板温度制御装置によって解決を図った。

向切換弁である。これら循環ポンプ7、3方向切換弁
9、流量調整機能付3方向切換弁10及び供給ポンプ8は
加熱ヒータ管路と熱板に設けた媒体通路とを連通する媒
体供給管路に加熱ヒータ管路側から順に直列に設けられ
ている。該流量調整機能付3方向切換弁10は媒体の流れ
方向の切換と流量の調整を熱板又は媒体の温度を検出し
て作動する温度調整器3の信号によって行う2つの機能
を備えている。11は3方向切換弁であり、12は2方向切
換弁である。13は加熱媒体を貯溜する蓄熱タンクであ
る。14は冷却タンクである。15は冷却タンク14に窒素ガ
スを供給するためのパイプである。次に第2図に示す熱
板の昇温プログラムに従った実施例の作動を説明する。

ヒータ管路5と6に回流せずに供給ポンプ8の駆動によ
り熱板1と3方向切換弁10の間を循環することによって
熱板1の昇温率を下げるように働く。このようにして、
プログラムに従って毎分15℃の昇温率にて熱板を昇温さ
せ260℃に達すると、3方向切換弁11をB−C方向から
B−A方向に切り換えることによって昇温率を切り換え
て毎分4.7℃の昇温率にて380℃の高温にまで昇温させ
る。

路から排出される媒体を該媒体供給管路に媒体の流量を
調整して還流させるようにし、更に、冷却タンクからの
媒体を該3方向切換弁(9)と3方向切換弁(11)の選
択的作動により熱板に設けた媒体通路に循環可能にする
と共に前記循環ポンプからの加熱された媒体を前記循環
ポンプと前記3方向切換弁(9)との間に設けた側路か
ら2方向切換弁を通じて前記蓄熱タンクへ戻すようにし
