以上の試験結果および作業上の知見から、下記の如き
考察が得られた。

(1)熱処理後プレベンデングを施さずに(アークハイ
ト値h;0)巻回内径2200mmとして巻取り矯正して直棒と
したものについて。

(2)熱処理後にプレベンデングを施して巻回内径を22
00mmとして巻取り矯正して直棒としたものについて。

ベンデングせず直ちに内径2200mmに巻回して矯直したも
のとほぼ同様,わずかの低下を示しているものの、JIS
規格を充分満足している。

4.アークハイト値20(目標値)としたもの。4. Those with an arc height value of 20 (target value).

*矯直後の曲がり量:直線性を回復せず、使用上支障を

*機械的性質:従来品に比べて引張強さ,伸び,絞りは
変りないが、降伏点は目立つて低下し、かつレラクセー
ション値はJIS規格を満足しない。
* Mechanical properties: Tensile strength, elongation and drawing are the same as those of conventional products, but the yield point is noticeably reduced and the relaxation value does not meet JIS standards.

*残留応力:矯直を施しても内側・外側とも0に回復し
ない。
* Residual stress: Even if straightening is applied, it does not recover to 0 on both the inside and outside.

上記考察から、所定の機械的性質付与後、直ちに弾性
限を超える巻取り,使用時に矯直する処理方法は充分な
機械的諸性質を有する直棒が得られるものの,巻取りト
ルクと作業性に難点があり、アークハイト値15以上のプ
レベンデングを施したうえで巻取り,使用時に矯直する
処理方法は要求される機械的諸性質と残留応力とについ
て不適とされることが確認された。

これに対し、アークハイト値15未満の軽いプレベンデ
ングを施したうえで巻取り,使用時に軽い矯直を施す処
理方法は、機械的諸性質,残留応力,巻取りトルク,巻
回姿,作業性等全ての点で満足が得られることが証明さ
れたので、本発明は当該処理方法を呼び名13mmD種異形P
C鋼棒の製造方法の一部とするものである。

手との改善に寄与すること多大である。

及的に軽い矯直を施して直線性を回復させるようにした
ことを特徴とする呼び名13mmD種異形PC鋼棒の製造方
