Therefore, in such a conventional construction method, after installing trusses on site, further installing purlins between the trusses, and attaching the base plate, the ceiling hanging tree is further hung from the truss, and this hanging tree is used. Since the ceiling panel is attached to the supported edge, the number of construction works on site is very large, the construction period is long, and the construction cost is high. Further, in the case where the truss is a frame as described above, the manufacturing cost of the truss itself is considerably high, and the truss is composed of, for example, an upper chord member, a lower chord member, a bundle member and a diagonal member. Must be carried out at several tens of places, and the cutting and the like of each member are complicated, resulting in a large number of parts and time-consuming production.

Therefore, conventionally, without the construction of trusses on-site, as shown in Fig. 7, roof panels (11) (11) are pivotally attached on the ridge side, and further between the panels (11) (11). It is considered that a connecting rod (12) that bends in the middle is connected, and these are transported in a folded state, then opened at the site and installed on the body.

Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, in the conventional example shown in FIG. 7, the construction of the ceiling panel must be done separately, and the connecting rod ( Since it is only connected in 12), there is a drawback that the entire roof is easily distorted by the load in the plane direction.

Means for Solving the Problems And, in order to achieve such an object, in the present invention, a roof division panel (2) (2) divided into two in the left-right direction with a vertical surface in the roof ridge direction as a boundary is provided. The divided ends (2) and (2) are pivotally attached to the divided end side, and the eave side ends of the ceiling panels (3), which are also divided into two in the left-right direction, are also pivotally attached to the roofs. It is characterized in that the division panel (2) and the ceiling panel (3) are mutually foldable in a flat plate shape.

EXAMPLE Next, the structure of the present invention will be described based on the illustrated example. In FIG. 1, (1) is a mountain-shaped roof panel, and the roof panel (1) passes through the roof ridge direction. It is composed of a pair of roof division panels (2) and (2) divided in the left-right direction with a vertical plane as a boundary. And
As shown in FIG. 2, these split panels (2) and (2) are pivotally attached to each other so as to be rotatable relative to each other in the range from the mountain-shaped state of FIG. 1 to the flat-shaped state of FIG. .

On the other hand, (3) is a ceiling panel, and this ceiling panel (3) is also composed of a pair of ceiling division panels (4) (4) divided in the left-right direction with a vertical plane passing through the roof ridge as a boundary. These ceiling division panels (4) and (4) are, at their eaves-side ends, at least the roof division panels (2) (to the rear surface of the roof division panels (2) and (2) as shown in FIG. It is pivotally attached to 2) so as to be rotatable until it is superposed in a flat plate shape.

That is, the roof division panels (2) and (2) and the ceiling division panels (4) and (4) connected to each other as described above are the second
As shown in the figure, each of the roof division panels (2) and (2) is transported on a truck or the like in a flat plate state in which the panels are linear. Then, at the site, as shown in FIG. 3, the ends of the roof division panels (2) and (2) on the side of the connecting portion are hung by a crane or the like, and lifted to a position where a predetermined rooftop shape is formed, and in this state, the bundle is bundled. An upper end of the material (5) is fixed to the mutual connecting part side of the roof dividing panels (2) and (2), and a lower end thereof is fixed to the mutual connecting part side of the ceiling dividing panels (4) and (4). To hold it in a mountain shape. Then, it is lifted up as it is by a crane or the like and installed on the skeleton (6) shown in FIG. As shown in FIG. 1, these roof panels (1) and ceiling panels (3)
Is manufactured by dividing it into a plurality of parts in the direction of the ridge, and these are installed side by side in the same direction on the site and connected to each other. Further, the roof division panels (2) and (2) are integrally manufactured in advance in a factory with the steel frame (6), the purlin (7), and the roof base plate (8), respectively.

In the state where it is installed and fixed to the body (6) as described above, the roof and the ceiling are integrated with respect to the lift due to the blowing force of the wind from the lower side. The ceiling panels (4) and (4) support the weight of the ceiling panels (4) and (4). For flat loads, the ceiling panel (4)
(4) acts as a surface structure material, and a material having high strength can be obtained.

FIG. 4 shows another embodiment of the present invention, in which the pivotal range of the roof division panels (2) and (2) and the ceiling division panels (4) and (4) are shown. Further, the roof dividing panels (2) and (2) are folded further to the rear side, and at the same time, the ceiling dividing panels (4) and (4) are folded to the outside. As a result, it can be folded into a smaller size, which is convenient for transportation. FIG. 5 shows another embodiment of the present invention,
The ceiling division panels (4) and (4) are folded inward, that is, to the back side of the roof division panels (2) and (2).

As described above, according to the present invention, the roof panel and the ceiling panel that are folded and transported are arranged into a predetermined shape,
It only needs to be installed on the frame, and therefore, compared to the conventional installation of trusses, purlins / field boards and ceiling panels, etc., the number of man-hours required for on-site construction is greatly reduced. The number of man-hours is reduced to ½ to ⅕, which can greatly contribute to shortening the construction period and reducing the construction cost. In addition, since it can be folded and transported in this manner, it is easy to transport and the transportation cost can be reduced accordingly. Further, since the roof panel and the ceiling panel are panelized in the factory in advance as described above, it is not necessary to successively manufacture the truss as in the conventional case, the number of parts can be reduced, and the manufacturing cost is also reduced. Since it can be reduced, it is possible to significantly reduce the cost as a whole.

In addition, in this invention, since the ceiling and the roof are integrated, even if a force such as the wind blows up, the entire weight including the ceiling panel can support it. Furthermore, since this ceiling panel functions as a surface structure material against a load in the plane direction, a high strength can be obtained.
