に欠けた。In the above-mentioned conventional capillary writing instrument, the non-linear hole is actually formed in the sliding member or the needle body is plastically deformed below the transformation temperature. Insertion into the hole was not easy and required a complicated operation. Further, after assembly, the amount of protrusion of the needle body cannot be easily adjusted, and further, the needle body material lacks practicality due to problems such as the inability to use conventional general materials other than shape memory alloys.

The ink adjusting member 4 having a through hole 41 at the axial center thereof is disposed between the writing tip having the thin tube 3 attached to the tip and the ink tank 21 at the rear of the barrel 2.
A sliding member 5 which is movable in the axial direction is inserted into a flow hole 41 of the above-mentioned type, and is a thin-tube type writing instrument in which the needle body 6 is slidable in the thin tube 3. The needle member 6 is attached to the sliding member 5 by inserting the bent portion 61 into the linear through hole 51 of the sliding member 5 and pressing and engaging the bent portion 61 with the inner wall of the through hole 51. Further, in the above configuration, the pressing body 7 inserted from behind the through hole 51
Accordingly, the needle body 6 is required to be mounted so as to be movable forward.

The bent portion 61 is formed to have a maximum outer diameter slightly larger than the inner diameter of the through hole 51 and to be elastically deformable in the radial direction in order to press-fit with the inner wall of the through hole 51 of the sliding member 5. Further, it is configured to be able to move forward or backward in the through hole 51. The engaging force of the bent portion 61 is set to such a strength that the bent portion 61 does not easily move by an impact during writing or the like.

Specifically, the pressing body 7 slightly penetrates the outer diameter of the front part of the pressing body 7. A configuration in which the inner diameter of the hole 51 is larger than the inner diameter and press-fit from the rear or a configuration in which a female screw portion is formed in the inner wall of the rear through hole 51 and a male screw portion of the front part of the pressing body 7 is screwed into the female screw portion is effective. It may be attached to the sliding member 5 only by press-fitting the inner wall. Further, when the pressing body 7 is mounted and held in the through hole 51 after assembly, the front part of the pressing body 7 abuts and supports the rear end of the needle body 6 so that the rearward movement of the needle body 6 at the time of writing is improved. It can be firmly prevented.

A zigzag bent portion 61 is provided at the center, and the bent portion 61 is inserted into the through hole 51 of the sliding member 5. Since the outer diameter of the bent portion 61 is formed slightly larger than the inner diameter of the through hole 51, when the bent portion 61 is inserted into the through hole 51, the bent portion 61 is locked in a press-contact state with the inner wall of the through hole 51 by the elastic force of the metal wire. . At this time, the front end portion and the rear end portion of the needle 6 protrude from the sliding member 5, and the bent portion 61 is temporarily press-fitted slightly behind the adjustment completion position of the protrusion of the needle 6 of the sliding member 5.
In the flow hole 41, the front end of the sliding member 5 is in contact with the tapered portion of the holding cylinder 31, and the rear portion is the ink tank 21.
And is further inserted rearward from the rear end face of the ink adjusting member 4. A spring seat 53 is fixed to the peripheral surface of the sliding member 5. The compression coil spring 8 is locked in the spring seat 53 in the flow hole 41, and the sliding member 5 is urged forward. Next, the rear end of the needle 6 is pressed forward from the rear (see the arrow), and the needle 6 is moved forward until the amount of protrusion of the needle 6 from the tip of the thin tube 3 reaches a set value. In the present embodiment, the needle body 6 is pressed forward from the rear. However, on the contrary, the needle body 6 may be pressed forward from the rear and adjusted.
