【産業上の利用分野】本考案は、分割巻する高圧用コイ
ルボビンに関するものである。

【従来の技術】従来、高圧用のコイルボビンとしては、
図2に示すようなものが考えられている。即ち、両端部
に、複数の溝17とコアを挿入するためのの開口部を持
つ鍔12と鍔13との間に複数の薄い鍔14(図面上で
は3つ示す)を持つコイルボビン11において、各鍔間
にコイルを設け、該コイルからの引き出し線を溝17を
経由し所定の端子16に接続している。
【0003】また、出願前公知の刊行物(実開平3−6
7419)に知られるボビンのように、端子の構造はコ
イルの軸に直交する方向に一列に並べているが、このよ
うな構造では端子間距離とるためには幅を大きくする必
要があった。
【0004】また、前記公知の刊行物のものは、耐圧性
を必要としていないので、端子間距離をとるという課題
はない。

【考案が解決しようとする問題点】しかしながら、従来
の技術では、部品の小型化への要求が強まるに従って、
端子間の距離が狭くなるので耐圧の点で不利となるばか
りか、プリント基板への固定の点でも難しくなってい
た。

【課題を解決するための手段】本考案は、上記の問題点
を解決するために、コイルボビンの開口端の鍔の一部を
軸方向に外方に延長して端子を取り付ける部分を設け、
平面を有効に使い、十分な端子間距離をとることができ
るようにしたことを特徴とする。

【実施例】図1は、本考案になる高圧用のコイルボビン
1の斜視図であり、以下、図面にしたがって説明する
と、円筒状で複数の鍔を持ち、且つ中空で一端が開口と
なっている樹脂製の高圧用コイルボビン1において、コ
イルボビン1の開口端の鍔の一部を板状に軸方向に外方
に延長して長方形状の端子装着部5を設け、該端子装着
部5の表裏両面に、複数の配線用端子6を軸方向、かつ
端子装着部5に直交するように並列して付設したことを
特徴とする高圧用コイルボビンであって、樹脂製で一方
が開口となっている円筒状のコイルボビン1の両端に任
意の厚みの鍔2及び鍔3と、鍔2と鍔3の間に複数の薄
い鍔4(図面上では3つ示す)を設け、且つ、外周の一
部に複数の溝7を設けた鍔2の一部を板状に軸方向に外
方に延長して長方形状の端子装着部5を設け、該端子装
着部5の表裏両面に、複数の配線用の端子6を軸方向、
かつ端子装着部5に直交するようにを取り付ける。

【考案の効果】以上、説明した如く、本考案になる高圧
用のコイルボビンは、軸延長上に配置した板状の端子装
着部5に複数列及び複数の端子を設けることにより、巻
線数を制限する必要がなくなった。

とができるため、端子間の距離を自由に設定でき、端子
耐圧を上げることができるようになった。
