[Related Art] In recent years, motorization, remote control, and automation of various operations in automobiles, particularly passenger cars, have been advanced, and various electric devices have been provided to doors and the like, which had few electric components in the past. Along with this, the complexity of electrical wiring requiring a movable bent portion such as a door mounting portion has become a problem.

Conventionally, at an attachment portion between a vehicle body and a door, an end wire bundle 1a of a wire harness 1 in a door is pulled out through a grommet 3 provided on a door frame 2 as shown in FIG. From the vehicle and connected to the vehicle harness. At this time, a step is provided at a place where the grommet 3 on the door side and the grommet 5 on the vehicle body side are attached in order to absorb the bending of the wire bundle due to opening and closing of the door.

Recently, in order to simplify the work of attaching the wire harness 1 in the door, a proposal has been made to use a flat flexible wiring member made of a flexible cable called a so-called FFC for the harness in the door. Also, it is common to connect the end of the wire harness by FFC to a normal wire bundle and then adopt the same structure as described above.

[Problem to be Solved by the Invention] However, in the above-described conventional example, it is necessary to penetrate the end wire bundle 1a of the in-door wire harness 1 through the grommets 3 and 5 on the vehicle body 4 side and the door side. In the line, the production of the door and the work of assembling the door to the vehicle body are extremely troublesome, and also hinder the automation of the operation.

In FIG. 1, a flat FFC wired inside the door
The strip-shaped end 11a extended from the wire harness 11 is made of a plurality of FFCs like other parts of the harness 11, and is flattened from a narrow gap such as a bonding portion between the door frame 12 and the door interior panel 13. It is drawn out to the outside as it is, and an electrical connector 14 is attached to the tip.

A bellows-shaped waterproof cover 15 is placed around the end 11a from the door to the electrical connector 14 as shown in FIG. It is fitted to keep out moisture. The other end of the waterproof cover 15 is fixed to the door frame 12 together with a so-called weather strip 16 made of rubber for preventing water from entering from a gap between the door and the vehicle body.

As shown in the sectional view of FIG. 3, at least one of the door frame 12 and the weather strip 16 is formed in a concave shape with the width of the waterproof cover 15, and the waterproof cover is formed by both the door frame 12 and the weather strip 16. 15 are sandwiched.

Note that the waterproof cover 15 is attached to the door frame 12 by fitting a hook 16a provided integrally with the waterproof cover 15 into the hole 12a of the door frame 12. On the other hand, a fixed connector 17 to be fitted with the electric connector 14 is attached to, for example, a front pillar portion on the vehicle body side, and is connected to the vehicle body harness.

With the above-described configuration, the flexible end portion 11a of the FFC is disposed between the vehicle body and the door, and flexibly bends in accordance with opening and closing of the door. Further, since the electric connection work at the time of assembling the door to the vehicle body can be completed only by attaching and detaching the electric connector 14 and the fixed connector 17, it is possible to produce a door as a single component, so-called modularization. Furthermore, since the wiring can be made relatively thin by using FFC for the wiring of the movable bent part, the wiring material can be pulled out from a narrow gap such as a bonding part even when assembling and manufacturing the door, and penetrated through the grommet etc. This eliminates the need for a step of making the door assembly work easier, so that the door assembly operation can be easily automated. In addition, the end portions 11a are rubbed against each other by opening and closing the door, thereby preventing the insulating coating material from being worn.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, the electric wiring structure of the door according to the present invention uses a plurality of flat flexible wiring members extended from the wiring in the door through the use of a buffer material to be used. Eliminates the need for cumbersome insertion work, improves the efficiency of door manufacture and assembly, enables automation of work, and prevents wear of the covering insulator due to opening and closing of the door to improve durability.
