2. Description of the Related Art Referring to FIGS.
The configuration will be described. Conventionally, caulking means as well as welding and bonding means are well known as means for bonding and fixing the plate members. As is well known, welding and bonding means (not shown) require strict strictness in work management in order to maintain the bonding strength, but in reality, they tend to show instability of the bonding strength.

[0003] As shown in Figs. 17 to 19, an extruded portion 1-1 provided on one plate A1 has a crimping structure which is required to have no protruding portion with respect to a base material to be bonded and fixed.
The caulking caused by fitting of the other plate B2 into the hole 2-2 corresponding to this is well known. Extruded part 1-1 of plate A1
Is formed at a height at which the end surface thereof substantially coincides with the non-contact surface of the plate B2, and the fixing force between them is, as shown in FIG. 19, the pressing force between the mating opposing surfaces and the ridge line of the extruded portion 1-1. This is based on small caulking between the portion and the ridge portion on the non-contact surface side of the plate B2.

The conventional caulking fixing structure as described above has a problem in that the caulking amount is not sufficient, especially in an example in which a projecting portion from the surface of the base material to be joined is not recognized at all. There was a problem that left instability in securing security.

According to the present invention, one plate A is formed so that its thickness is made thinner than the base material by stretching or pressing, and its non-contact surface side portion is formed by the base material. A first extruded portion formed so as to protrude from the contact surface side surface and a hole adjacent to the first extruded portion, and the other plate B is formed of the extruded portion formed on the one plate A. A means having a hole enough to be fitted, and being caulked by the inner surface of the extruded portion of the one plate A and the ridge portion on the contact surface side of the other plate B; And a first hole adjacent to the first extruded portion, and the other plate B has a second extruded portion in a direction opposite to the first extruded portion sufficient to fit in the first hole. A second hole sufficient to fit into the first extrusion portion is provided, and one of the extrusion portion outer surface sides (: base material Facing side) and the other extruded section inner surface (: interlaced in a non-contact surface side) and the extrusion directions of the base material, and as is caulked at both or either of the extrusion ridge portion.

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS FIG. FIG. 1 is a sectional view of a main part of a first embodiment according to the present invention showing a fitted state before crimping. As shown in a top view of FIG. 4 and a sectional view of FIG. 6, a hole 1-2 is formed so as to sandwich the extruded portion 1-1, and a hole into which the extruded portion 1-1 can be fitted as shown in FIGS. 6 and 7 in a plate B2 joined to the plate A1. 2-2 is formed. FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view taken along the arrow line in FIG. 1, and as can be seen from FIG. FIG. As shown in both figures, the extruded portion 1
The inner surface side of -1 (: the non-contact surface side of the base material) is second from the contact surface
Are formed so as to protrude toward the plate member B2 side, and are caulked and fixed using the intersecting steps. FIG. 3 shows a state of the completed caulking fixation. As described above, the pushing portion 1-1 has an inner surface protruding from the contact surface as described above.
The base material is made thin by stretching or pressing so that the outer surface of the base material of the plate A1 on the contact surface side of the base material is lower than the non-contact surface of the plate B2.

The plate A1 shown in FIG. 12 and FIG.
Extrusion 1-1 toward the contact surface side at the time of joining as in the example of
A hole 1-2 adjacent to the extruded portion 1-1 is provided, and as shown in FIGS. 14 and 15, the other plate B2 is provided with an extruded portion 2-1 having an opposite direction to the hole A-1 of the plate A1. 2 is formed. That is, the extruded portion 1-1 of the plate A1 and the extruded portion 2-1 of the plate B2 are adjacent to each other as shown in FIG. 9 so that they intersect with each other to form a step. In addition, the fastening can be reliably performed within the range of the thickness of both plates. It is not necessary to extend or press the extruded portion to make the extruded portion thinner as in the first example described above, and it is only necessary to form low extruded portions on both sides. FIG. 16 shows a state of the caulking punch 3 and the cradle 4 for obtaining the caulking completed state of FIG.
