にパンチを当該部位に向けて移動させて該パンチと当該
部位を介して対向させたダイとにより左、右用の接続金
具を側面が金属フープの面に対して垂直で且つ栓刃が端
子金具に対して内側となるように折り曲げながら同時に
左、右の栓刃間に回動体を移動させて回動体の両側面に
設けた凹所に栓刃の後部側面を圧入して回動体と栓刃と
を結合するので、金属フープの状態で、栓刃を枢支して
いる端子金具を金属フープから切り離すことことなく折
り曲げ加工の工程において回動体の両側面の凹所に左、
右の栓刃を結合することができ、従って回動体と栓刃と
端子金具とを結合して中間部材を組み立てる場合に部材
がばらつくことがないから自動化が図れるという効果が
ある。

間に回動体を移動させて回動体の両側面に設けた凹所に
栓刃の後部側面を圧入して回動体と栓刃とを結合するこ
とを特徴とする差し込みプラグの中間部材の組み立て方
