(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】コークス炉機械上に、ホルダーに支持され
た炉蓋の一側方から炉蓋幅方向に沿って前後進可能な移
動台車を設け、該移動台車に、炉蓋前後方向に延びたプ
ラグ下面を削り取り掃除可能なスクリュカッター型回転
スクレーパを設け、該回転スクレーパの先端に、前記炉
蓋底部のナイフエッジ溝部をウォータージェットによる
洗浄で掃除可能なノズルヘッドを設けたコークス炉炉蓋
底部掃除装置において、 前記移動台車の移動速度を炉蓋の下の掃除域で低速に非
掃除域で高速に切り換えて移動台車を前後進させる手段
と、前記ノズルヘッド及び前記回転スクレーパを炉蓋の
下を移動する毎に高さ位置を変化させる手段を設けたこ
とを特徴とするコークス炉炉蓋底部掃除装置。
1. A coke oven machine is provided with a movable carriage capable of moving forward and backward along one side of the furnace lid supported by a holder in a width direction of the furnace lid, and the movable carriage extends in the longitudinal direction of the furnace lid. In the cleaning device, a means for moving the moving carriage forward and backward by switching the moving speed of the moving carriage to a low speed in the cleaning area under the furnace lid and a high speed in the non-cleaning area, and the nozzle head and the rotary scraper under the furnace lid. A device for cleaning the bottom of the coke oven furnace lid, characterized in that means is provided for changing the height position each time the coke oven is moved.
