The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and a tubular body externally fitted to the end of the corrugated tube and a fitting fixing portion fitted to the outer peripheral portion of the corrugated tube are integrally molded or easily formed. As a structure that cannot be separated, the fitting and fixing part can be prevented from being lost, and the strength of the outer peripheral wall of the tubular body can be secured sufficiently, so that the tubular body can be damaged or easily detached from the corrugated pipe by external force. It is intended to provide a non-corrugated tube fitting.

In this way, the fitting can be easily fixed to the corrugated pipe 4 simply by fitting the arcuate fitting fixing portions 2a, 2b to the tubular body 1 so as to close the fitting fixing portions 2a, 2b. Since 2b is integrally connected to the cylindrical main body 1 via the hinges 3a and 3b, there is no risk of loss. Further, the openings 5a, 5b are provided at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral wall so as to be symmetrical with respect to the central axis of the cylindrical main body 1, and the openings 5a, 5b are separated into a plurality of openings. The structural weakness of the main body 1a of the tubular main body 1 can be prevented by the 5b, and the tubular main body 1 will not be damaged or will not come off from the corrugated tube 4 by an external force.

Next, FIGS. 5 to 7 show a second embodiment of the present invention. FIG. 5 is a perspective view of the corrugated pipe connector, and FIG. 6 is a transverse sectional view of the corrugated pipe connector when opened. , FIG. 7 shows cross-sectional views of the corrugated pipe connector and the corrugated pipe when fitted together. In this embodiment, unlike the first embodiment, through holes 10a and 10b are provided in the release levers 6a and 6b of the fitting and fixing portions 2a and 2b. Therefore, in the present embodiment, it is possible to easily remove the release levers 6a, 6b by using a rod-shaped member such as a driver or a member whose tip is caught in the through holes 10a, 10b in the through holes 10a, 10b.
Further, since the release levers 6a and 6b do not need to be protruded as in the first embodiment, they may come into contact with other members, or the fingertips or the like may accidentally come into contact with the release levers 6a and 6b after fixing the corrugated tube 4. Therefore, the fitting and fixing portions 2a and 2b will not be accidentally opened.

Incidentally, the present invention is free to various improvements within a range not departing from the gist thereof, for example, rather than opening the fitting fixing portion in the circumferential direction of the cylindrical main body 1a as in the above embodiment,
The openings 5a and 5b are provided so as to be open long in the axial direction, or the openings 5a and 5b are provided symmetrically with respect to the central axis of the cylindrical main body 1 in the above-described embodiment, but they may be provided at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral wall. Well, for example, three may be provided. Also, in the above embodiment, the hinges 3a, 3b
However, the hinges 3a and 3b may be shaft hinges, the cylindrical body 1 may be provided with bearings, and the fitting fixing portions 2a and 2b may be provided with shafts. Further, the ribs 7a and 7b of the above-described embodiment are the fitting fixing portions 2
One rib is provided on the inner peripheral side of a, 2b, but this rib may be fitted in the valley portion 4b of the corrugated pipe 4, and two ribs may be provided.

[Effects of the Invention] As described above, according to the corrugated pipe connector of the present invention, since the fitting and fixing portion is connected to the tubular main body via the hinge, it is possible to mount the connector or wear it. At this time, it is possible to prevent the small fitting and fixing portion from being lost. Further, since a plurality of openings for inserting the ribs of the fitting and fixing portion are provided at equal intervals in the circumferential direction of the outer peripheral wall of the tubular body, sufficient strength of the tubular body should be ensured. Therefore, the tubular body is less likely to be damaged or to be separated from the corrugated tube by an external force. Further, when the corrugated tube is fixed, the fitting fixing portion completely closes the opening, so that it is possible to prevent foreign matter from entering the tubular body from the outside.
