材により成形し、前記溝部10に排気カバー1のリップ部
9を圧入係合させるようにしたものである。前記リップ
部9の内径は溝部10の外径より小さくなっているため、
弾性材の締代があり、排気が他の方向に洩れない構造と
なっている。この構造だと、排気カバー1を回転させる
際の抵抗は溝部10とリップ部9の弾性材の締代によるも
のだけであり、工具なしでも自由に全周にわたり回転可
能である。しかし打込動作時前記弾性材の締代による抵
抗が小さいと、排気の振動により排気カバー1が勝手に
回転してしまい排気方向が変化してしまうという問題が
あり、これを改良するために弾性材の締代を増すと、抵
抗が大きくなり振動に起因する回転を防止できるが、排
気方向を変えるため排気カバー1を回転させる際に大き
な力を必要とし、操作性が悪くなるという問題があっ
