て外面形状を艇体外板の形状に合わせて成形した一体型
構造とすると共に、上記カバーの全周縁を上記切欠開口
部の縁に接触できるようにして、該カバーの全周面に、
上記切欠開口部の縁との接触面をシールするためのシー
ル装置を取り付け、且つ上記カバーの上端部を切欠開口
部の上縁位置の艇体外板に蝶番にて開閉自在に且つ着脱
自在に取り付け、更に、上記カバーの内側と切欠開口部
内側の艇体との間に、常時展張するように付勢してある
中折れ式のステーアームの両端を着脱自在に取り付け、
先端を上記カバーに取外し可能に結着したロープを艇体
の内部より引くことによりカバーを上端部の取付け点を
中心に回動させて閉じるようにした構成を有することを
