(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】マフラー本体の後端部に固着されたマフラ
ー後端部にテールパイプを挿通せしめてこれをマフラー
後端板に着脱自在に取付けて成るマフラーにおいて、 前記マフラー後端部を前記テールパイプよりも大径の孔
が開口する垂直部と該垂直部の周縁から後方に向かって
拡径するテーパ面を含んで構成するとともに、その後端
周縁を後方に向かって凸状に折曲成形し、前記テールパ
イプの後端部外周に固着したテール板を垂直部と該垂直
部の周縁から後方に向かって拡径するテーパ面を含んで
構成し、該テール板のテーパ面の垂直面からの傾斜角を
前記マフラー後端板のテーパ面のそれよりも小さく設定
してテール板のテーパ面の周縁端をマフラー後端板のテ
ーパ面に密着せしめ、テール板の垂直部に突設されたビ
ス挿入孔よりビスを挿入してこれをマフラー後端板の垂
直部に固着されたナットに螺合せしめてテールパイプを
着脱自在に取付けるようにしたことを特徴とするマフラ
ー。
1.
