The structure of the present invention for attaining this object will first be briefly described with reference to the reference numerals in FIGS. The aligning and pasting device is a pair of left and right arranged at predetermined intervals which are driven so as to travel from the entrance (A) to the exit (B) of the conveyor (C) in the upper path (10a).
On the outer surfaces of the endless belts (10) , (10) , feed claws (11) in a direction intersecting with the line connecting the inlet and the outlet are projected at equal intervals, and at positions corresponding to the left and right sides . Mutual
There is no a line to, these left and right pair of endless belts (10), in the vicinity below the adhesive tape facing upward adhesive surface from below (21) the inlet of (A) between (10) An upper adhesive tape (22), which is supplied from the first feeder (31) so as to be parallel to the upper path of the belt and has an adhesive surface facing downward from above the endless belt (10), is located near the inlet in the upper path (10a). ) Is supplied from the second feeder (32) so as to be parallel to the above), and the upper side of the electric wire pieces (D), (D), ... Which are aligned in parallel by the feed claw (11) of the upper path (10a). Adhesive tapes (21) and (22) are sequentially attached to the peripheral surface portion and the lower peripheral surface portion, and both tapes in a portion between adjacent electric wire pieces are attached to the pair of left and right endless belts (10 ) before reaching the outlet (B). ),
A pressing means (40) having a pressing member that is urged in a direction toward each other so as to bond the adhesive surfaces to each other by sandwiching them from above and below is arranged between (10) .

[0006] As a typical example, the first and second feeders rotatably hold the core of the adhesive tape wound around a short cylindrical core or the reel hub around which the tape is wound. It is a fixed axis. It is desirable that the tape is a single-sided adhesive tape having a pressure-sensitive adhesive applied on only one side.

As a mechanism for feeding the endless belt along the upper path from the entrance to the exit and returning it along the lower path from the exit to the entrance, a positive drive roller is arranged on the exit side and It is preferable to use an endless track type in which an idle roller is arranged. If necessary, a tension adjusting roller can be provided in the lower path.

If the endless belts are arranged on both the left and right sides of the moving path of both adhesive tapes that are vertically aligned and run opposite to each other, the wire pieces should be kept in a parallel posture until reaching the conveyor outlet. Is convenient. However, when the pressing means has a positive feeding function, or when the covered electric wire has an appropriate diameter and is sufficiently rigid,
In such cases, the endless belt may be arranged on only one side.

In the apparatus of the present invention, the electric wire pieces supplied to the conveyor inlet from the automatic continuous crimping machine, for example, at regular time intervals are first the lower adhesive tape (or the upper adhesive tape, the following "0022" item). (See above) and then the upper adhesive tape (or the lower adhesive tape, same as above), it is sandwiched between the preceding electric wire pieces with an interval equal to the pitch of the feed claw. In this way, the electric wire piece in the temporarily adhered state is firmly adhered to both tapes by the pressing means at a point where the electric wire piece is further advanced by a slight distance.

Since the pressing means urges, for example, free rotating rollers as upper and lower pressing members in the approaching direction, the portions of both tapes located between the preceding electric wire piece and the succeeding electric wire piece are Adhesive coated surfaces are "directly"
Moreover, they are firmly joined, and a large number of electric wire pieces and both tapes are integrated. Therefore, the electric wire piece propulsion force by the feed claw of the endless belt also acts on both adhesive tapes through each electric wire piece,
Also, the withdrawal of the adhesive tape from the second feeder is autonomously performed following the operation of the conveyor.

As is clear from the above, when this device is installed in a one-to-one relationship by being connected to the outlet of the automatic continuous crimping machine or the automatic identification piece mounting machine, the conveyor is operated at a speed synchronized with these machines. The belt is driven. However, it goes without saying that it is not necessarily connected to a crimping machine or the like, and in that case, it may be operated at an appropriate speed. In any case, a large number of electric wire pieces connected in a "string of beads" shape with an adhesive tape are stored or transported in the form of a coil, and the tape is cut with a cutter or scissors at the shipping site, one by one. It will be separated for use in wiring work.

As shown in (Y2) (Fig. 1), the upper adhesive tape (22) with the adhesive surface facing downward is located slightly inward from the entrance.
It is supplied from the second feeder (32) via 5) and adheres to the wire piece at that position. Thus, the electric wire pieces (D), (D), which are advanced in parallel by the feed claws (11), (11), which are advanced along the upper path (10a) of the conveyor, are mixed with the pressing means (40) described below. And both tapes (21) and (22) are kept parallel to and substantially flush with the upper path. The turning guide (35) for the upper tape is a free-rotating roller held by the support shaft (36) at a constant height.
