して、その問題を解消する為に、先願のものは、肥料パ
イプの内面に螺旋突条を設けてパイプを駆動装置で回転
させるというような複雑な構成をとっており、田植装置
と共に昇降するパイプを回転駆動させることは構成的に
非常に複雑で故障も必然的に多く、然も、先願の請求の
範囲第2項に記しているように、パイプは昇降するもの
であるから可撓性のパイプとなるが、その可撓性のパイ
プを駆動回転させれば消耗破損するのが早くて実用に耐
えないものであることは謂うまでもなく、実用化できる
ものではなかった。
