[Problems to be Solved by Prior Art and Invention] Generally, in this type of architectural shutter, a plurality of slats are connected in series to form a shutter curtain. There is a reverse winding method in which the back surface of the slat surface portion faces the outer diameter side. By the way, in the conventional shutter,
As shown in Fig. 8, the upper and lower side edges of the slats are spirally curved to form coupling engagement portions 13 and 14, and the coupling engagement portions 13 and 14 are swingable with respect to each other. It was designed to be interlocked with. However, since this interlocking connection requires the adjacent slats to smoothly oscillate, there is inevitable surface sliding and play L of the connecting parts, and as a result, the rubbing noise of the metallic comrades and the comrades of the slats hit each other during the lifting operation. There is an impact sound, which causes noise.

Then, as a shutter curtain that can be reversely wound
As shown in Japanese Patent Publication No. 47-38461, both end edges of the slats are bent back, and the abutting parts of the bent parts are fitted and connected by using a connecting member to eliminate the surface sliding and the rattling and to raise and lower quietly. Some have tried to do the work. However, since this is a two-point support system, it still lacks quietness, and in the slat connecting part, the upper connecting part of the lower slat is bent downward from the abutment position, resulting in a slanted shape. The rainwater flowing down the surface of the slat surface part will pass through the downward inclined surface from this butt position and will enter the inside as it is. If the slats are bent and oscillated, there is a fear that the slats engaging pieces may come off from the connecting member, and therefore it cannot be adopted immediately.

Butt in a state of abutting 10d and the base side piece 9a in abutting contact with the first side piece 10a (as will be described later, the adjacent slat surfaces 11 are set to be substantially flush with each other in this state). In this state, the method of inserting the connecting member 8 from the slat end is
It is excellent in workability since the slats 11 can be assembled in a state where they are arranged side by side in a plane, but it is not limited to this, and it goes without saying that the slats can be assembled in a bent posture. In any case, the shutter curtain 5 is formed by thus connecting the required number of slats 6 in series using the connecting member 8.

When the slat 6 is connected by the connecting member 8, the upper connecting portion 9 of the slat 6 is engaged with the lower piece 8c of the connecting member 8 and the lower tip piece 8g while being in surface contact with each other. Which allows the two to be immobile with respect to each other,
In other words, they are integrated. On the other hand, with respect to the lower connecting portion 10, when the slatted surface portions 11 are substantially flush with each other,
The back surface of the slatted surface portion 11 is in surface contact with the upper piece 8b, the first side piece 10a is in surface contact with the base end side piece 9a, and the upper end tip 8h.
Therefore, the first top 10b is supported,
Due to the locking and supporting action of the lower connecting portion 10 by the tip 8h of the upper piece, the adjacent slats 6 are connected so as to be flush with each other. And in this state, the upper tip 8h is the first top
By locking the lower connecting portion 10 abuttingly locking the upper connecting portion 10b, upward movement of the lower connecting portion 10 is restricted, and the lower connecting portion 10 moves downward in the inclined surface of the base end side piece 9a to move out. The second top portion 10d is restricted by abuttingly locking the top portion 9c.

When the shutter curtain 5 is wound on the take-up drum 3 in a state in which it is flush with the upper curtain 6, the upper slat 6 has the first top portion 10b with the upper end 8h as a supporting point.
The first side piece 10a is separated from the base end side piece 9a, and the third side piece 10f is bent and swung in the maximum range until the tip of the third side piece 10f comes into contact with the upper side piece 8b. Curtain 5
Is wound around the winding drum 3 in a reverse winding manner. And in this state of maximum swing, the lower connecting portion 10
Has a structure in which the first side piece 10a of the first top portion 10b is retained by locking the tip of the upper side piece 8h of the connecting member 8.

In the embodiment of the present invention constructed as described above, the shutter curtain 5 is constructed by connecting the plurality of slats 6 in series using the connecting member 8 as described above. , In that case, the upper slats 6
Is supported by the upper piece tip 8h integrated with the lower slat 6, and swings to the side opposite to the side on which the connecting member 8 is located with respect to the lower slat 6, using this point as a support point. As a result, it is wound around the winding drum 3 in the reverse winding state.

As described above, in the embodiment of the present invention, the shutter curtain 5 is wound in the reverse winding state. In this case, the slat 6 swings when the upper slat 6 is the upper half of the connecting member 8. Since only one point swings with the tip 8h as a support point, there is no problem that unpleasant sliding noise is generated unlike the conventional spiral interlock coupling method, and the slurry connection There is no play in the department. As a result, a quiet and smooth opening / closing operation can be performed.

Moreover, the base end side piece 9a of the upper connecting portion 9 of the adjacent slats and the first side piece 10a of the lower connecting portion 10 are in surface contact with each other in a state of being inclined so that the rear side is higher. When rainwater flows down to the side surface (front surface), it is possible to reliably prevent the rainwater from intruding into the inside between the connecting portions 9 and 10, which provides an excellent rain end.

Moreover, when the adjacent slats 6 are flush with each other, the lower connecting portion 10 is pulled out in the direction of descending the slope of the proximal end side piece 9a by the second top portion 10d being abuttingly locked to the top portion 9c. It is being stopped. As a result, when the bottom end of the shutter curtain touches the ground and becomes fully closed, the flush flush adjacent slats are prevented from being unintentionally pulled out.

Further, when the adjacent slats 6 are bent and rocked, the maximum bending rocking angle is such that the tip of the third side piece 10f abuts on the upper piece 8b, and further rocking is not possible. Regulated.
Even in this state, the lower connecting portion 10 is in a state of being locked to the tip 8h of the upper piece so as to be prevented from coming off, so that the careless removal of the slats 6 is surely restricted.

Needless to say, the present invention is not limited to the above embodiment. That is, in the above-described embodiment, the upper connecting portion of the slat is constructed by using the connecting portion 9 and the connecting member 8, and the connecting member 8 is immovably locked to the connecting portion 10. Therefore, as shown in FIG. 5, there is an advantage that the forward winding shutter curtain can be constructed with the same slats as described above by using the forward winding connecting member 7 different from the reverse winding connecting member 8 ( A detailed description thereof will be omitted here), but as in the second embodiment shown in FIG.
The upper connecting portion and the connecting member may be integrally formed.

That is, in the second embodiment, the lower connecting portion 10 is the same as that in the first embodiment, and therefore the same reference numerals are used, and the details thereof are omitted, but the upper connecting portion 12 is as follows. That is, the upper connecting portion 12 reaches the lower piece 12c which is formed in an inclined shape toward the lower back from the upward base end side piece 12a bent from the slat surface portion 11 to the rear surface side through the third top portion 12b, Then, from the second top portion 12d to the intermediate piece 12e, the first top portion 12f to the upper side piece 12g extending downward, and the lower end 12h thereof.
Are integrally formed so as to abut and support the first top portion 10b. And this is the first top portion 10b of the lower connecting portion 10.
Are inserted into each other so as to be supported by the upper end 12h of the upper connecting portion 12, the adjacent slats are connected in series in the same state as in the first embodiment, which results in quiet operation. In addition, it is possible to provide a shutter curtain that is excellent in rain proofing and can reliably prevent the adjacent slats from coming off.

[Advantages] In short, since the present invention is constructed as described above, the slatting surface portion is wound on the winding drum so that the surface thereof faces the inner diameter side. The relative swinging of the upper slat becomes a swinging support structure of only one place that swings with the first apex of the lower connecting part supported by the tip of the upper piece of the upper connecting part as a supporting point. As a result, it is not permissible to perform quieter swinging than that of the two-point support structure as well as those that slide on the surface like the conventional interlock connection, and also in terms of rain termination, the lower connection The first side piece of the section and the base end side piece of the upper coupling section are in contact with each other in a state of being inclined upward toward the back side, which is a configuration that prevents rain from entering the inside, You can do it.

Moreover, when the adjacent slats become substantially flush with each other, the second top part of the lower connecting part is abutted and locked to the top part of the upper connecting part, so that the adjacent slats are brought into close contact with each other. It is possible to reliably prevent the problem of accidentally coming out and coming off when it becomes a state.
