[Problems to be Solved by Prior Art and Invention] Generally, in this type of architectural shutter, a plurality of slats are connected in series to form a shutter curtain. As a method, a forward winding method in which the back surface of the slat surface portion faces the inner diameter side and a reverse winding method in which the back surface faces the outer diameter side may be adopted. By the way, in the conventional shutter, the connection of the slats is
As shown in the figure, the upper and lower edges of the slat are spirally curved to form coupling engagement portions 13 and 14, and the coupling engagement portions 13 and 14 are formed.
They were used for both forward and reverse winding by interlocking them so that they could swing. However, since this interlock connection requires the adjacent slats to smoothly oscillate, there is inevitable surface sliding and play L of the connecting parts, and as a result, the friction noise of the metallic comrades and the comrades of the slats hit each other during the lifting operation. There is an impact sound, which causes noise.

Therefore, as shown in Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 47-38461, as a shutter curtain that can be reversely wound, both end edges of the slat are folded back symmetrically, and the butt portions of the folds are joined together by using a connecting member. There has been an attempt to fit and connect to perform a smooth lifting operation by eliminating surface sliding and backlash, and also to be used for both forward and reverse winding. However, since this is a two-point support system, it still lacks quietness, and the upper connecting part of the lower slats is bent downward from the abutting position in the slatt connecting part. The rainwater flowing down the surface of the slat surface part will pass through the downward inclined surface from this butt position and will enter the inside as it is. If the slats are bent and oscillated, there is a fear that the slats engaging pieces may come off from the connecting member, and therefore it cannot be adopted immediately.

[Means for Solving the Problems] The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances, and was devised for the purpose of providing a shutter curtain of a shutter for construction that can eliminate these drawbacks. In a building shutter constructed by winding a shutter curtain composed of a series of slats connected to each other on a winding drum, the connecting parts of the slats are connected to the lower connecting parts of the upper slats. , An upper connecting portion of the lower slats and a connecting member for connecting the connecting portions to each other, wherein the lower connecting portion of the upper slats is located on the rear surface side from the slatting surface portion through the first top portion. An upper connecting portion of the lower slat formed by having a first side piece bent in a slanted shape toward the rear side and a second side piece extending from the first side piece to the back side through the second top. Is the slatted surface Has a base end side piece that is bent in an upward direction from the back surface side to make a surface contact with the first side piece, and a tip end side piece that extends from the base end side piece to the lower back side through the apex. And the adjacent slats can be abutted against each other with the second top and the top just facing each other in a state where the first side piece and the base end side piece are in surface contact with the back side inclined upward. The connecting member has an intermediate portion, an upper piece bent at an upper end portion thereof through a first bent portion in a direction of inclination of the first side piece, and a lower bent portion at a second bent portion. A cylindrical forward winding connecting member having a lower piece bent by the above, or an intermediate portion, and the upper end side thereof is bent through the first bending portion, and abuts on the back surface of the slat surface portion, An upper piece configured so that the tip serves as a swing fulcrum of the slats, a lower piece bent to the lower end side through a second bending portion, and a third bend from the tip of the lower piece. It was fitted attached either cylindrical reverse hoisting connecting member having a lower tip piece which is bent through,
If it is a forward winding connecting member, the upper piece is in surface contact with the first side piece from above with the tip of the upper piece in contact with the first apex, and the upper slat does not move relative to the connecting member. While supporting in the state, the tip of the lower piece that comes into surface contact with the tip side piece is brought into contact with the apex from the lower side so that the lower slats can be swung to the back side with the apex as the supporting point with respect to the connecting member. When the slats are connected to each other so that they can be forward-wound, and when they are connecting members for reverse winding, the lower piece and the lower tip piece support the proximal piece and the tip piece in a surface contact state from below. While supporting the lower slats immovably with respect to the connecting member, the tip 8h of the upper piece abuts on the first top from the upper side, and the upper piece abuts the rear surface of the slatted surface portion, so that The upper slats can be swung to the front side with the first top as a fulcrum to allow reverse winding. It is characterized in that it has a structure for connecting each other.

In the embodiment of the present invention configured as described above, the shutter curtain 5 is formed by connecting a plurality of slats 6 in series using the forward winding connecting member 7 or the reverse winding 8 as described above. However, when the forward winding connecting member 7 is used, the lower slat 6 has a top portion 9c that is substantially in contact with the upper slat second top portion 10c and is supported by the lower end 7g of the connecting member. With this point as a support point, the connecting member 7 is swung with respect to the upper slat 6, so that it is wound around the winding drum 3 in a normal winding state. On the other hand, when the reverse winding connecting member 8 is used, the upper slat 6 is supported by the upper piece tip 8h integrated with the lower slat 6, and the lower slat 6 is supported with this point as a supporting point. The connecting member 8 swings to the side opposite to the side on which the connecting member 8 is located, which allows the winding drum 3 to rotate in the reverse winding state.

Thus, in the embodiment of the present invention, the shutter 6 can be used for both forward and reverse windings and the shutter curtain 5 can be mounted by using the forward winding connecting member 7 or the reverse winding connecting member 8. Although it is possible to wind in the forward winding state or the reverse winding state, in this case, the swing of the slats is such that, in the forward winding state, the lower slats 6 are the lower end tips 7g of the forward winding connecting member 7. It hooks in a hook shape and swings only at one point with this tip 7g as a supporting point. In the reverse winding state, the upper slat 6 is the tip of the upper half of the reverse winding connecting member 8.
Since only one point swings with 8h as a support point, there is no problem that unpleasant sliding noise is generated unlike the conventional spiral interlock coupling type, and the continuous part of the slats There is no play in. As a result, a quiet and smooth opening / closing operation can be performed.

Moreover, the base end side piece 9a of the upper connecting portion 9 of the adjacent slats and the first side piece 10a of the lower connecting portion 10 are in surface contact with each other in a state of being inclined so that the rear side is higher. When rainwater flows down to the side surface (front surface), it is possible to reliably prevent the rainwater from intruding into the inside from between the continuous portions 9 and 10, which results in excellent rain termination.

In addition, the swinging of the lower slats with respect to the upper slats in the forward winding state is such that the top of the upper coupling part is supported by the lower end of the lower coupling part, and this swings as a supporting point. In the reverse winding state, the relative swing of the upper slats with respect to the lower slats is performed by swinging with the first top of the lower coupling part supported by the tip of the upper half of the upper coupling part as a supporting point. In either case, the rocking support structure has only one place, and as a result, the rocking motion is quieter than that of the two-point support structure as well as the one that slides like the conventional interlocking structure. Even if it is not possible to allow it, even in terms of rain warding, the first side piece of the lower connection part and the base end side piece of the upper connection part are in surface contact with the back side inclined upward, The structure prevents the rain from entering the inside, which can be excellent.
