Japanese Patent Application No. 2-131497 discloses an example of a drainage basin in which an inflow pipe can be seen to the back by a mirror inserted into a junction. This drainage basin has a relatively short inflow pipe that joins at an angle of 45 ° to the axis of the outflow pipe, and has an axis at an angle of 90 ° to the axis of the outflow pipe at the inflow side end of the inflow pipe. The receptacle is directly attached so that they intersect.

It is generally known that sewer pipes are required to have a backflow prevention function. However, according to a conventional drainage basin, although the inflow pipe can be seen to the back, drainage from the inflow pipe is sent to the outflow pipe. It could not be guided smoothly toward the other, and there was a possibility that the backflow of drainage would occur due to overflow to another inflow pipe.

No. 24492 discloses an example of a pipe joint having a backflow prevention function. This pipe joint is a Y-joint in which a branch pipe section including an inflow pipe is connected to a main pipe section including an outflow pipe at a junction angle of 45 °, and a guide wall is formed at a junction boundary surface between the main pipe section and the branch pipe section. The guide wall guides the wastewater to the outflow pipe side, thereby preventing backflow of the wastewater.

However, in this pipe joint, as shown in FIG. 1 of the publication, since the guide wall is formed to extend to the center of the junction, the flow of drainage flowing from the inlet of the main pipe portion is reduced. And there is a problem that water permeability is poor. In addition, when connecting the inflow conduit extending in the direction of 90 ° to the axis of the outflow pipe to the branch pipe portion, an elbow or the like had to be inserted between the branch pipe portion and the inflow conduit. Therefore, even if a mirror is inserted into the junction from the inspection port to check the inflow pipe, the pipe wall of the elbow or the like hinders visual recognition, and the inflow pipe cannot be seen to the back.

Therefore, the main object of the present invention is to provide a drainage basin capable of checking the inner part of the inflow pipe, preventing backflow of drainage, and allowing drainage to flow smoothly.

In this invention, as in the prior art disclosed in Japanese Patent Application No. 2-131497, the receiving pipe is directly attached to the inflow side end of the second inflow pipe, so that the inflow pipe is connected. It is not necessary to use an elbow or the like. Therefore, the pipe wall of the elbow or the like does not obstruct the view, and the inflow pipe can be seen through the inspection port to the inner part of the receiving pipe with the mirror inserted into the junction. Further, since the curved surface is formed to be curved from the second inflow pipe to the outflow pipe side, the drainage from the second inflow pipe can be smoothly guided. Further, since the straight surface of the guide wall is formed straight from the first inflow pipe toward the outflow pipe side, the flow of drainage from the first inflow pipe is not hindered by the guide wall.

According to this invention, it is possible to inspect the inner part of the inflow pipe.
In addition, since the drainage from the second inflow pipe can be smoothly guided to the outflow pipe by the curved surface of the guide wall, the backflow of the drainage can be prevented. Furthermore, since the flow of the drainage from the first inflow pipe can be prevented from being hindered by the guide wall, the drainage can flow smoothly.

Referring to FIGS. 1 and 2, the drainage basin of this embodiment will be described.
10 includes a main body 12 made of synthetic resin. An inspection port 14 is formed in the upper part of the main body 12, and an outflow pipe 16 and an inflow pipe 18 are formed on the left and right of the main body 12 so as to face each other. Inspection ports 14, outflow pipes 16 and inflow pipes 18 are formed with enlarged diameter receiving ports 20, 22, and 24 for receiving ends of pipes (not shown). In addition, before and after the main body 12, an outflow pipe 16 and an inflow pipe 18 are provided.
An inflow pipe 30 is formed so that the axis 26 intersects the axis 28 at an angle of 45 ° with respect to the axis 28 of the inflow pipe.
A receiving pipe 36 having an enlarged diameter receiving port 34 is directly attached so that the axis 32 intersects the 16 axes 28 at an angle of 90 °. The length of the inflow pipe 30 is set to be short so that the mirror 42 inserted from the inspection port 14 to the junction of the main body 12 can inspect the inflow pipe 44 to the depth from the receiving pipe 36 (FIG. 2). .

At the junction of the inflow pipe 30 and the inflow pipe 18, a guide wall 38 for guiding drainage toward the outflow pipe 16 is provided.
It is formed so as to become gradually lower toward the side. Guide wall 38
Includes a straight surface extending straight from the inflow pipe 18 toward the outflow pipe 16 and a curved surface extending from the inflow pipe 30 toward the outflow pipe 16 with a predetermined curvature. The drainage can be guided smoothly by the surface.

According to this embodiment, a receiving pipe is provided at the inflow side end of the inflow pipe 30.
36, the length of the inflow pipe 30 is set to be short, and the guide wall 38 is formed so as to be gradually lowered toward the outflow pipe 16 side. The mirror 42 inserted from 14 allows the inflow conduit 44 to be inspected deeper than the receiving tube 36.

In addition, since the drainage from the inflow pipe 30 can be smoothly guided to the outflow pipe 16 by the curved surface of the guide wall 38, overflow to another inflow pipe can be prevented, and backflow of the drainage can be prevented. Further, the straight surface of the guide wall 38 is connected to the outflow pipe 18 from the inflow pipe 18.
Since it is formed to extend straight toward the 16 side, it is possible to prevent the flow of drainage from the inflow pipe 18 from being hindered by the guide wall 38, and it is possible to flow drainage smoothly.
