(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) In the above conventional technique, the seed receiving portion 29 of the sowing roll 28 is used.
Since the shape of the groove is grooved, in the case of seeds of spherical shape or similar shape, it does not affect the adjustment of the seed amount by the rotating brush 30, but the seeds of oval shape, oval shape or elongated shape. Then, depending on the posture of entering the seed receiver 29,
This affects the adjustment of the seed amount by the rotating brush 30 and cannot secure the optimum sowing amount. That is, it is ideal that the seeds enter in parallel in the groove-shaped seed receiving portion 29 in the lateral direction,
If the postures are different because the seeds enter the seed receiving portion 29 in the vertical direction, the amount of seeds becomes uneven and the rotating brush 30
There is a problem that the seeds are excessively pushed in or are vertically inserted, and the seeds are discharged from the seed receiving portion 29, resulting in further variation in the seed amount. Further, when the seeds fall from the sowing rolls 28 onto the bed soil in the nursery box 1, if the seeds are in the vertical posture, the seeds are scattered at a high rate on the bed soil, and the occurrence of uneven sowing increases. , There is a problem of causing stockout.

The recess 45 has a hopper 27 as shown in FIG.
The seed S, which has been slid on the guide path 32 through the lower opening 31 and supplied onto the sowing roll 28, acts so as to enter the seed receiving portion 29 in a laterally rolled sideways state caught by the recess 45. Therefore,
Like a conventional sowing roll, the seeds that are in contact with the smooth outer peripheral surface are in the vertical posture, and do not slide in the outer peripheral surface of the roll and enter the seed receiving portion 29 as it is, and all the seeds. The S are arranged side by side in the seed receiving portion 29 in a horizontal position.
In this way, when the seed S enters the seed receiving portion 29 in the sideways posture, the brush bristles of the rotary brush 30 come into sliding contact with each other, but the forced pushing by the rotary brush 30 does not occur, and the extra seed is returned. The set seed amount can be adjusted accurately.

また、種子は、播種ロール28から繰り出されるとき

(Effect of the invention) The seeding roll 28 according to the present invention is provided with a seeding roll 28 rotatable above the conveyor 2 that conveys the seedling raising box 1 and rotatable about an axis extending in the direction transverse to the seedling raising box conveying direction. On the outer peripheral surface 28A, a large number of seed receiving portions 29 formed of grooves parallel to the roll axis are formed at intervals in the circumferential direction, and by rotating the seeding roll 28, the hopper located on the upper side of the seeding roll 28 is positioned. The seeds S dropped and supplied from 27 are received by the seed receiving portion 29, and the excess seeds S are scraped off by the rotating brush 30 slidingly contacting the seeding roll 28, and then dropped onto the bed soil in the seedling raising box 1 to form a line. A seeding machine adapted to be sown in a uniform manner, wherein a seed S having a width that fits into the groove width of the seed receiving portion 29 and a seed S having a shape longer than the width is adopted. In, between the seed receiving portion 29 of the outer peripheral surface 28A of the seeding roll 28, Recess 45 made parallel grooves child receiving 29
To form the groove width of the recess 45 so that the longitudinal end of the seed S, which is vertically supplied from the hopper 27 to the sowing roll 28 by the recess 45, is hooked to be in a horizontal posture, Since the seeds S are formed in such a size that the longitudinal end portions of the seeds S fit in, the long-length seeds S that are vertically supplied from the hopper 27 to the sowing rolls 28 have the longitudinal end portions. The seed S fits in the concave portion 45 and can be surely laid down sideways by rotating the seeding roll 28. The seed S enters the seed receiving part 29 in a sideways state, and is kept in the sideways posture in the seedling raising box 1 inside. The seeds S that can be laid out on the bed soil and enter the seed receiving portion 29 in the vertical direction as in the conventional case are removed from the seed receiving portion 29 by the rotating brush 30 to cause variations in the seeding state. There is no such thing as squeeze Can be reduced,
Moreover, since the seed S is reliably hooked, there is an effect that the risk of damaging the seed S is small.
