イプ部分を固定の受軸に回転自在に外装嵌挿すると共
に、この受軸の外周に設けたリング状の固定側接点と該
巻取パイプの上記外装嵌挿部の内周に設けた回転摺動接
点とが接触するように設けて、該固定側接点と回転摺動
接点の接触を介して、上記の信号線上端部を上記巻取パ
イプ回転制御装置に接続したことを特徴とする電動型ロ
