Description of the Related Art An emergency position indicating radio (EPIRB) has conventionally been used as a means for notifying a ship's distress position or the location of a drifting crew member when a ship or the like encounters an emergency such as capsize or sinking. ) Is used, and a system for relaying a signal emitted by the wireless device to a required point via an artificial satellite has been developed.

Hanging in a bundle. This mooring rope is released and stretched after the floating body is thrown into the sea, so that the victim can tie the floating body to the life light or hold it and moor it to prevent separation of the floating body from the victim etc. Things.

Therefore, when the floating body is released manually or by an automatic loading device, the floating rope is attached to the automatic loading device and peripheral equipment. Not only is there a high risk of entanglement with the wire, which may be a hindrance to release, but also a fatal defect that the rope bundle may freeze and become difficult to unravel even after being put into the sea.

2 at a predetermined axial interval on the outer periphery of the emergency signal floating body
A mooring rope wrapping recess is formed between the flanges by forming two flanges, and one end of the mooring rope wrapped around the recess is fixed to the floating body, and then the rope is wound around the recess. The other end of the mooring rope after being wound is removably fitted into a notch-like locking means provided on the flange to be locked in a semi-fixed state, and the other end of the mooring rope is gripped. Means are provided. According to the present invention having such a configuration, when the rope is released from the sea, the gripping means provided at the other end of the mooring rope is gripped to remove the rope from the locking means, and then the rope is pulled out. Rope can be released and pulled out very easily.
Even if the rope freezes in a cold region in winter,
Pulling is easy by pulling the rope while rotating the floating body. By using a gripping means such as a ball that is easy to grasp, the pull-out operation can be facilitated. The locking means is notch-shaped and is locked with a force enough to be detachable manually,
When the floating body is fixed to the ship, the rope is securely wound and held, and when released to the sea, the rope is easily detached from the locking means and pulled out. Become.

If the operator, such as a victim, removes the rope end from the locking means 20a, 20b and pulls it out, the rope can be easily released. Even if the portion wound around the floating body is frozen, pulling out the rope is easy by rotating and pulling the floating body.

In the emergency signal floating body, the mooring ropes provided on the floating body are wrapped neatly around the floating body. Since pulling out of the mooring rope by a person becomes easy even when the rope is frozen, there is a remarkable effect in preventing the separation of the floating body and the drifting person and increasing the detection rate of the victims.
