(57)【特許請求の範囲】(57) [Claims] 【請求項1】 フレームに立設した支柱軸に回転支枠を
びんの下部支え機構用台盤、上下接続用筒枠、びんの上
部押え機構用の上部支板とから設け、この回転支枠に中
心から所要の半径円に沿って、上下に対向するびん押え
・支え回転機構及びこれに側方から接離する回転ブラシ
機構を所要の間隔で配設し、回転支枠の横にびんコンベ
アを配設し、コンベアと回転支枠との間にびんを給排す
る給排ガイド及び給排ホイルを配設してなる、びん貼着
ラベル剥離装置において、びん上部押え機構を、上部押
え機構用の上部支板に軸受筒を貫通立設し、押え軸を上
下に貫通軸受し、下端にびんの口部に被嵌する凹陥部を
持った押え環を軸回りに回転自在に支承し、軸受筒の下
端と押え軸の下端との間に拡張スプリングを介在し、押
え軸よりに降下止を設け、押え軸の上端にコロを取付
け、このコロが乗り上げるカムを上部に定置的に配設
し、押え軸を、拡張スプリングを圧縮して引上げ、押え
軸をびんから外すように設け、びん下部支え機構を、回
転台盤にびん上部押え機構の軸受筒と同一軸線をもつ支
え軸受筒を上下に貫設し、上端に支え台を取り付けた支
え軸を回転自在に軸支し、この支え軸は、下端にクラッ
チを上下に摺動自在に設け、台フレームに配設した駆動
部と支え軸の被動部とを前記クラッチで関連し、回転支
枠が回転するとき、所要に回転するように設け、ブラシ
回転機構を、びんの押え軸と、支え軸の軸線とに離隔
し、ブラシ軸を、同じくその内側に配設した枢軸に設け
たアームに支承し、枢軸の回りに回動し、上下を支えら
れたびんと接離するブラシより設け、ブラシ軸を支承す
る枢軸を、下部を回転台盤に、上部を上部支板に設けた
軸受に軸受すると共に、上端を上部支板より上に貫通
し、その突出端に、一端が上部支板上に係着した牽引ス
プリングにより牽引される接触用レバーを取り付け、枢
軸を牽引方向で回動するように付勢し、反対にびんと離
隔する方向には、先端が案内カムにしたがって回動する
離隔用レバーを取付けていることを特徴とするびん貼着
ラベル剥離装置。
