【産業上の利用分野】本考案はキャップの着脱による軸
筒表面の損傷や、印刷、塗装等の剥離を防止し得るキャ

【従来の技術】従来、筆記具の高級化のために、軸筒表
面にシルク印刷による柄付けや、塗装による多色塗装等
が施されている。然しながら、特にキャップ式筆記具で
は、そのキャップの着脱により軸筒表面の印刷や塗装が
傷つけられ剥離する等の事故が生ずる問題がある。斯か
る問題点を解決する従来の手段は、キャップの開口端縁
に面取りを施したり、印刷又は塗装の膜を厚くしたりす
るものであった。斯かる手段に依れば、キャップの開口
端縁による軸筒表面への損傷を一応防止できる効果はあ
る。ところが、キャップの着脱によって軸筒表面を損傷
させるものはキャップの開口端縁に限らずキャップ内面
も同様である。特にキャップの外面を塗装したような場
合は、その塗料が内面にも回り込んで付着し、その塗料
による凹凸が生じ、この凹凸とキャップ内面素地の凹凸
が相俟って軸筒表面を損傷させ又は印刷や塗装膜を剥離
させることが多かった。又、金属製のキャップの場合
は、その内面の表面処理が不完全であると腐食が起こ
り、その腐食による凹凸が生じて一層軸筒表面を損傷し
やすい傾向があった。2. 【考案が解決しようとする課題】本考案の目的は、キャ

腐食を防止し得る新たなキャップ式筆記具を提供するこ

【実施例】図は本考案の一実施例を示したものである。
第1図はキャップ1の縦断面図であり、該キャップ1は
外筒2と内筒3とから成り、その中の金属製外筒2の内
面の塗装膜(図示せず)の表面に更にシリコンオイル等
の不揮発性潤滑剤が塗布されたものである。図中4が潤
滑剤塗布膜である。第2図は筆記具軸筒5の先端部にキ
ャップ1を着装した状態を示すもので、外筒2の内面に
薄く塗布された潤滑剤(第2図及び第3図では潤滑剤塗
布膜4は図示せず)が軸筒5の握り部5aには付着しな
い構造が採られ、従って筆記時に滑りやすくなるという
支障はない。第3図は軸筒5の後端部におけるキャップ
の着脱時に、キャップ1の内面と軸筒5の塗装された表
面とが接触した状態を示すもので、キャップ1の内面と
軸筒5の表面とは潤滑剤を介して接触するので両者の摩
擦は極めて小さく軸筒5の表面が傷つけられたり塗装膜
が剥離されたりする事故が消失する。尚、キャップ1は

って軸筒表面の損傷や、又印刷もしくは塗装時の膜の剥
離も防止でき軸筒表面を長く美麗に維持できる作用効果
がある。又キャップ内面の表面処理が不完全であったり
すると腐食をまねく原因ともなっていたが、本考案の潤
滑剤の塗布膜はこの腐食防止にも大きな役割を果たせる
ものである。また、本考案はキャップの開口端縁が面取
りされているので、開口端縁が軸筒に当接しても軸筒に
損傷を与えない。さらに、本考案のキャップ内面に形成
されるのは潤滑剤塗布膜であり、極めて薄いのでキャッ
