The single-function range has a structure that irradiates the inside of the microwave with only microwave cooking. In addition to such a structure, the microwave oven has heaters 2, 2 on the upper and lower portions of the heating chamber 1 as shown in FIG.
Is provided so that an oven using the heat of the heater and grill cooking can be performed.

By the way, since the inside temperature of the single-function range and the oven range are significantly different (the heating temperature of the heater is much higher than that of the high-frequency heating), the inner barrier 6 is selectively used.

Specifically, conventionally, a polyethylene film, which is inexpensive in terms of cost, is used as the inner barrier 6 in a single-function range that requires a relatively low temperature. However, the polyethylene film cannot be used in the microwave oven in which the high temperature continues due to the use of the heater 2, and the tempered glass is used as the inner barrier 6.

(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, if the inner barrier 6 is used properly even with the door 3 of the same microwave oven as described above, there is a problem that the cost of the product inevitably increases accordingly.

Moreover, in addition to such cost, in the microwave oven, the surface temperature of the door 3, that is, the surface temperature of the outer barrier 8 and the door sash 9 is likely to be considerably high due to the thermal conductivity of the tempered glass during cooking in the oven and grill. For this reason, there is a risk of burns, and there is a demand for a material capable of suppressing the increase in cost due to the inner barrier 6 while including the above.

The present invention has been made in view of such a problem, and an object thereof is to reduce the surface temperature of the door while keeping the same inner barrier in a wide temperature range from low temperature to high temperature. It is to provide a door structure for a high-frequency heating device that can be used.

[Structure of the Invention] (Means and Actions for Solving Problems) In the present invention, the inner barrier 6 is formed from an aromatic polysulfone resin or an aromatic polyketone resin having high heat resistance and low thermal conductivity. , The inner barrier 6 is shared from a single function to a multi-function in which the inside of the refrigerator becomes hot.

More specifically, a plate-shaped polyether sulfone film is placed on the entire side surface of the screen 5 inside the heating chamber (on the side of the heating chamber 1) and heat-welded (or adhered with a heat-resistant adhesive) to form an inner barrier. 6 is set. But in this case,
The inner peripheral edge of the inner barrier 6 reaches the stepped portion 5a which is the outer peripheral edge of the screen 5, and the contact piece 10 is in contact with the front plate 1a of the heating chamber 1 from the front plate 1a. It is designed to be separated.

Here, the polyether sulfone film has a high continuous use temperature of about 180 ° C and is chemically stable,
Since it has a property that it is hardly attacked by solvents and oils, it can be understood that it can withstand even a microwave oven where high temperatures are continuous.

Moreover, the polyether sulfone film can not only share the inner barrier 6 but also suppress the rise of the surface temperature of the door 3 during the cooking of the oven and the grill. That is, according to the experiment, when the conventional tempered glass and the polyether sulfone-based film of the present invention are used under the condition that the food is cooked in the microwave oven using the heater 2, the central portion of the outer barrier 8 is used. As a result of measuring the temperature of, since the polyether sulfone film has lower thermal conductivity than the tempered glass, it is better to use the polyether sulfone film represented by the solid line as shown in FIG. The surface temperature was much lower than that of the one using the tempered glass shown. Of course, the same can be said for the door sash 9, and the occurrence of burns can be prevented.

In addition, in this case, the inner barrier 6 is provided so that the outer peripheral edge portion thereof reaches the step portion 5a which is the outer peripheral edge portion of the screen 5, so that it is difficult to peel it off, and the contact piece 10 of the heating chamber 1 is provided. Contact with front plate 1a (heating chamber 1 closed)
Since it is separated from the front plate 1a, it has an advantage that it is more difficult to peel off and is less likely to receive heat from the front plate 1a.

Specifically, a polyether ether ketone-based film is heat-welded or adhered (by a heat-resistant adhesive) to the side surface of the screen 5 to form the inner barrier 6, as in the embodiment. Polyetheretherketone-based film has a high continuous use temperature of about 240 ° C, is chemically stable, and has the property of not being attacked by most solvents and oils, and is more heat conductive than tempered glass. Since it is inferior in the property, the same effect as that of the embodiment is obtained.

Therefore, the product cost can be reduced. In addition, since the inner barrier has low thermal conductivity, it is possible to suppress an increase in the surface temperature of the door and enhance safety. Moreover, the inner barrier is less likely to be scratched and has an advantage that it is easy to handle because it is light in weight.

In addition, the inner barrier is provided so that its outer peripheral edge reaches the step which is the outer peripheral edge of the screen.
Since it is hard to peel off and is separated from the front plate of the heating chamber in the closed state of the heating chamber, there is an advantage that the peeling is more difficult and the heat from the front plate is less likely to be received.
