[Problems to be Solved by the Invention] Generally, when a self-supporting cable is laid over a utility pole and retained, only the suspension line portion is fixed to a mounting bracket, and the outer coating of the main body cable is performed by vibration and dancing after the negotiation. In order to prevent the layers from becoming abnormal, a method is employed in which the suspension line and the main body cable are separated from the fixed portion over an appropriate length on both sides.

At this time, in the cable shown in FIG. 3, it is necessary to tear a necessary length of a neck portion which integrates the suspension line portion and the main body cable, and in the cable of FIG. 4, the injection molded portion is torn, and the remaining plastic portion is further torn. Need to be scraped off. However, these operations need to be performed while the worker climbs the telephone pole, which is not only time-consuming but also may damage the coating layer, and also poses a safety problem.

SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION The present invention solves the above-mentioned problems, and provides a self-supporting cable in which a suspension line portion and a main body cable portion can be easily separated. The main body cable and the suspension line are arranged in parallel at appropriate intervals, and are integrated by fitting a split fitting member into two, and an injection mold portion is formed on the fitting member so that the fitting member does not come off. It is fixed.

FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a specific example of a self-supporting cable according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a perspective view of a fitting member in FIG. A main cable 1 having a plastic outer coating layer 12 on a cable core 11 and a suspension line 2 having a plastic outer coating layer 22 on a tensile wire 21 are arranged in parallel at an appropriate interval. Then, the main body cable 1 and the suspension line 2
Are integrated by fitting a pre-formed plastic split fitting member 3 at appropriate intervals. Further, a molded portion 4 is formed on the outer periphery of the fitted member 3 by injection of a plastic material, and is fixed so that the fitted member 3 is not detached. At this time, if the length of the cable of the injection mold part 4 in the longitudinal direction is shorter than that of the fitting member, the handling becomes easier later.

In the above-described self-supporting cable according to the present invention, when it is necessary to separate the suspension line from the main body cable when the cable is laid over the telephone pole and retained, a nib is formed on the mold on the fitting member. Thus, the fitting member can be easily removed from the main body cable and the suspension line by making a cut along the fitting portion or by shaving off the mold portion near the fitting portion. At this time, since the fitting member is located below the molded portion in removing the molded portion, there is no possibility of damaging the outer coating layer of the main body cable and the suspension wire. Furthermore, after the fitting member is removed, there is no particular need for post-processing, and a preparatory operation for easily and safely retaining the power pole can be performed.

As described above, according to the self-supporting cable of the present invention, when it is necessary to separate the suspension wire from the main body cable, there is no possibility of damaging the outer covering layer of the suspension wire and the main body cable, and the cable is easy to use. In addition, it is possible to work safely in a short time, which is effective in improving work efficiency and safety.
