Description

BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
The present invention relates to wiring handling of a handle grip heater attached to a handle portion of a motorcycle, a snowmobile or the like.
[0002]
[Prior art]
A handle grip attached to a handle bar is known with a built-in heater (see, for example, Japanese Utility Model Publication No. 59-105588). In this grip heater, a heater wire is fixed in a zigzag shape on the outer periphery of a previously formed grip base, and a grip rubber is molded on the outside thereof.
[0003]
However, in the conventional grip heater described above, when the outer grip rubber is double-molded, the molding pressure by the molding rubber is applied near the connection portion of the heater wire and the lead wire, or the heater wire is disconnected or the lead wire is There was a problem that the sheath was deformed.
[0004]
For this reason, the heater wire and the lead wire are connected via a connector, and the end of the heater wire is wound around a protrusion provided at the end of the grip base. Or the connection terminal part was provided in the edge part of the grip base, and the heater wire was wound around here and the heater wire and the lead wire were connected and fixed.
Therefore, in the conventional method as described above, man-hours are required and productivity is low.
[0005]
It is an object of the present invention to provide a handle grip heater having high productivity by solving the above-mentioned problems, without fear of deformation such as breakage of a heater wire due to molding pressure or turning of a sheath of a lead wire. To do.
[0006]
[Means for Solving the Problems]
As a result of intensive studies to solve the above problems, the present inventors formed a ring corresponding to the cross-sectional outline of the grip base with two lead wires, and fitted the ring to the outer periphery of the grip base. The method has been found and the present invention has been completed.
[0007]
That is, the present invention is, on the grip base made of a rubber material, and Mekuchaku the heater wire in a zigzag, drawer align the two lead wires from one end of the grip base, two leads drawn out Te該揃E lines, so as to be directed in opposite directions in the annular direction, to separate each of the lines, allowed to form a ring which corresponds to the cross-sectional contour of the grip base, was put in engagement with the ring on the outer periphery of the grip base The handle grip heater is characterized by forming a grip rubber.
[0008]
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
Embodiments of the present invention will be described below with reference to the drawings.
FIG. 1 is a top view in which a heater wire and a lead wire are attached to a grip base.
FIG. 2 is a left side view of FIG.
FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the entire grip heater.
4 is a partial cross-sectional side view taken along the line AA of FIG.
1 to 4, 1 is a grip base of the grip heater, 2 is a heater wire, 3 is a lead wire, 4 is a heater fixing rib provided on the outer periphery of the grip base, and 5 is a fixing for fixing the lead wire 3. Sheet, 6 is a fixing tape for preventing the heater wire 2 from being lifted, 7 is a connector for connecting the lead wire and the heater wire, 8 is a sheath for covering and protecting the two lead wires, and 9 is for covering the entire grip heater. It is a grip rubber.
[0009]
Next, the grip heater of the present invention will be described in a little more detail focusing on the manufacturing method.
First, a heater wire 2 is wound around a heater fixing rib 4 in a zigzag shape on a grip base 1 made of a rubber material formed in advance, as shown in FIG. 1 or FIG.
Next, the sheath 9 of the lead wire 3 is peeled off in the cross sectional outer shape (about half circumference) of the grip base 1, and the core wire is exposed by about 1 to 2 cm. Thereafter, the heater wire 2 and the lead wire 3 are connected by a connector 7 which is a crimp terminal shown in FIG.
[0010]
Next, as described in the claims of the present invention, the two lead wires are drawn out from one end of the grip base 1 and the two lead wires drawn out are aligned with each other in the annular direction. A ring corresponding to the cross-sectional outer shape of the grip base is formed so as to be directed in the opposite direction, and the ring is fitted to the outer periphery of the grip base .
[0011]
Here, it is preferable that the above-described annular lead 3 is brought into contact with the end face of the heater fixing rib 4 because one side of the lead wire 3 is held by the end faces (wall surfaces) of the plurality of heater fixing ribs 4. Further, if the size (inner diameter) of the ring formed by the lead wire 3 is slightly smaller than the size (outer diameter) of the grip base 1, the lead wire 3 that is annular due to the rubber elastic force of the grip base 1. Is more preferable because it is securely held on the circumference of the grip base 1.
[0012]
Next, the fixing sheet 5 and the fixing tape 6 shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 are affixed to prevent the heater wire 2 and the lead wire 3 from being lifted and to protect the connection portion.
Here, since the vicinity of the fixed sheet 5 is a portion where the pressing force particularly easily acts during molding, it is preferable to stick a rubber sheet having a strength of about 0.3 to 0.8 mm, not a tape.
[0013]
Finally, the entire grip heater is covered with a grip rubber 9 made of the same rubber material as that of the grip base 1 by a double molding means such as heat press molding or injection molding, and the completed state of FIG. 3 is obtained.
As described above, in the present invention, the two lead wires 3 are formed in an annular shape, and the outer periphery of the grip base 1 is fitted along the end surface (wall surface) of the heater fixing rib 4. It is possible to reliably prevent the heater wire 2 from being disconnected, the lead wire 3 from being moved, or being deformed by the pressing pressure at the time of molding.
[0014]
Further, the sheath 8 of the lead wire 3 also has a very small gap between the grip base 1 and the tip of the sheath 8, so that the pressing pressure at the time of molding does not act on the sheath end, and the sheath 9 is deformed (turned up). Movement can also be prevented.
Furthermore, unlike the conventional method, it is not necessary to wrap the heater wire around the protrusion at the end of the grip base or temporarily fix the lead wire with an adhesive or the like, thereby increasing productivity.
[0015]
【The invention's effect】
As described above, according to the present invention, the disconnection of the heater wire or the deformation of the lead wire due to the pressure during molding can be prevented, and the quality is improved.
In addition, the manufacturing method is simple and the productivity increases.
