の内周面を回転切削加工した後、前記加圧手段を解除し
た状態でその内周面を更に回転切削加工することにより
雌螺子溝に高低部を形成することを特徴とするものであ

常は相対向する方向から加圧して管状竿体の断面を楕円

溝の高さは2″のように低く形成される一方、栓体3の
雄螺子部4の螺子溝の高さは普通の螺子溝のように均一
に形成されている。 従って前記のような管状竿体1の雌螺子部2に栓体3
の雄螺子部4を螺合すると、雌螺子部2の低い螺子溝
2″は雄螺子部4の螺子溝に弾圧状態で螺合結合され両
者の螺着作用を強固にして使用中等の弛緩を防止するも
のである。 第6図及び第7図に示す実施例は管状竿体1の雌螺子
部2の螺子溝の高さは均一に形成する一方、可撓性材料
からなる栓体3の雄螺子部4の螺子溝の高さは上下部分
が4′のように高く、左右部分は4″のように低く形成
したものである。 次に本発明の前記管状竿体1の雌螺子部2の螺子溝に
高低部を形成する釣竿の製造方法を説明すると、公知の
如くプリプレグを捲回形成して熱硬化処理して構成され
た管状竿体1を上下方向から加圧手段5で加圧して管状
竿体1の断面を楕円状に加圧変形し、次いでこの加圧変
形状態のままその一端内周面を通常の螺子溝形成手段に
より回転切削すると、楕円状に加圧変形された管状竿体

く耐久性に優れ、従来のような螺合部の弛緩による栓体
の脱落紛失や、座金、締付けリングを使用することなく
栓体を確実かつ緩みなく管状竿体に螺合装着することが

ける螺子溝の高低変形加工を管状竿体の加圧手段を併用
することだけで従来の螺子溝形成手段である回転切削加
工により簡易かつ確実に形成することができ、雌螺子部

る優れた特徴を有する。
