Description of the Related Art Conventionally, as a floor structure of this type, a support structure as disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Laid-Open No. 52-83316, for example, is generally used. This will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. As shown in FIG. 2, a plurality of holes (6) are provided in the floor panel (2), and a nut (7) is fitted into the hole (6). A feature is that a bolt (33) is screwed into (7) to support the floor panel (2) on the skeleton floor surface (11).

Since adjustment from above is impossible, fine adjustment must be repeated each time the floor panel (2) is laid. Therefore, the level must be set in advance and enforced under strict management, and the work is extremely time-consuming.

(2)の支持構造を提供することを目的としている。In the latter structure shown in FIG. 3, in which the laying height of the foamed synthetic resin (B) is adjusted via a cement-based or epoxy-based joining material (M), the foamed synthetic resin is used. Even if the arrangement of the joining material (M) is suitable from the viewpoint of the grounding property and the protection property of (B), the joining material (M) has an adjusting function only in one direction of reduction. After disposing the joining material (M), the foamed synthetic resin (B) must be installed, and fine adjustment must be made to apply a pressure from above to adjust it to an appropriate level. Further, the joining material (M) requires a large amount of mass, and has a great disadvantage that it is disadvantageous in terms of weight and poor in portability on site.
The present invention has been made in view of such a number of drawbacks, and provides a floor panel (2) which is excellent in workability, has a simple adjustment, can obtain an accurate level, and has an advantage in carrying property. It is intended to provide structure.

As shown in FIG. 1, a floor panel supporting structure for floatingly laying a floor panel (2) on a base floor (1) or the like. A bolt (3) having a screw (31) whose head has been subjected to an adhesion preventing process is used as a main body, and a preliminary stay () is provided above the bolt (3) for substantially supporting the floor panel (2) from an appropriate position. 4) is provided (often supported from below), and the epoxy resin (5) is buried in the preliminary stay (4) substantially laid on the floor panel (2) so that the screw (31) of the bolt (3) is buried. ) Is injected and cured, and then the bolt (3) is turned without involving the epoxy resin (5) in the preliminary stay (4) to adjust the height of the panel (2). It is characterized by fine adjustment.

At this time, since the floor panel (2) is substantially supported by the preliminary stay (4), the rough laying work can be completed in a short time, and the epoxy resin (5) is cured. Later said bolt (3)
For example, when the bolt (3) is rotated by an engagement structure provided on the top (32), the bolt (3) can be rotated very smoothly by the action of preventing the screw (31) from coming into close contact, and an accurate level can be obtained. It will be.

It forms a floor and exerts a strong supporting force. This is not the case when this joining and integration is not desired, and it is sufficient to avoid contact with the epoxy resin at the time of filling. Further, in the present invention, since the lower part of the bolt (3) has no functional structure and can be used freely, it is possible to lay a foam synthetic resin (B) as shown in FIG.
Alternatively, an elastic material (not shown) may be provided below the bolt (3) to provide vibration isolation, and the degree of freedom in design is extremely large.

である。As described above, the means for rotating the bolt (3) is provided at the top portion (32) of the floor panel (2) so as to freely rotate from above the floor panel (2). Since the height can be adjusted after the floor panel (2) is laid, it is a preferable installation place. As the engagement structure, a reliable engagement such as a projection shape, a + groove or a − groove, and a square hole is used. It is important to shape the promised engagement structure.

Further, the floor panel (2) can be integrated, and a floor surface having a strong structure can be obtained. Furthermore, the support structure of the present invention is superior in terms of the number of parts and weight, and is excellent in on-site workability.
